These problems are literally staring them in the face and addressed by scores of fans yet the network just continues to feign ignorance.

Who in the writers room thought that Archie/Grundy was a good idea?

Did they write their scenes thinking, "The fandom is going to love this!"

This reminds me of what Micheal Jacobs was doing on Girl Meets World.

I watched the scene when Archie and Jughead come into Pops and Betty turns around but I didn't pick up on anything. Aside from him making her laugh with his, "yes only if you're treating" and the way he looked at Archie before he responded.

I guess as the episodes unfold it will be start subtle then be more obvious, till it progresses to them actually confronting their feelings.

I assumed he was looking at both girls. Since both girls were sitting there looking at him.

Honestly I've seen edits of him looking at Archie, Betty, and Veronica so it's all up to interpretation I guess lol

I think he was just seeing that the girls were watching them so he was getting Archie's attention. I think the newest episode will give us a real idea about chemistry for Jughead and Betty. I like the idea of them and they're my faves so far, but I don't want to assume they'll be anything special without seeing it first.

Black Lighting it seems after FOX passed on it, The CW picked it up for a pilot order.
