If they show flashbacks for the important stuff (re: Jack's full reaction), then i won't mind a time jump.

As for Emily, she's obviously not going to live in Paris with Daniel so something will happen to prevent that.

I really want to see Jack's reaction. We definitely know Em's not going to Paris to live, but I hope she doesn't go through with the wedding. With everything that happened even at Grayson Global with the explosion, Daniel will have his hands full. Also with Conrad now being Governor, will he move out of Grayson Manor to the governor's mansion or stay?

His reaction doesn't matter, because he's gonna be in a mix of shock and anger, which I can picture crystal-clear - "What ... what are you talking about?" "I'm doing this for my wife! Look, when Emily came clear to him, he was on a up for an assassination. Had her got to stop him one minute later, a bullet would fly through the governor's head. Under the circumstance of that kind of intensity, "I'm Amanda Clarke" is not enough to put his gun down and cool off his mind. The point is to make him BELIEVE. It would take time, obviously, and I think the time it takes is what the show's gonna jump over.

I suppose that "something" would be when she's struck by the news that Aiden's found dead in her house, or Nolan is locked up in jail for murdering his Greek chick - the crime that he was framed with, as one of season two's cliffhangers.

The flight to Paris can be off the table, the wedding can't, unless Denial's arrested for shooting Aiden. Emily is not a Grayson who makes the same mistake twice. She won't let another affair with Jack happen and get in her way.
