I think if the writers are good writers, They could make a couple interesting while being married. They don't need Cheating, third parties or anything forced like that. Internal angst is the best kind.

Never said there needed to be a third party or any kind of cheating. I agree that internal angst/conflict is better. I'm just saying that a boring couple with no drama at all is not going to keep anyone interested for very long. Or atleast warrant them any significant screentime.

Sorry, i didn't mean to imply you did. I was just saying couples don't need those things to make them interesting. There is so much they could do with C/C Storyline wise, but i'm sure Cheating or 3rd parties is what well happen.

I didn't realize that Erica (AJ Langer's character) was a side for episode 3. Here ya go:

According to the side, Erica has a 7 year old son with either Cooper or Pete. They were drunk and had sex one night. Mason was asking so many questions about the world and where he came from. She decided it was finally time for him to meet his dad and get to know him. The next day she tells Cooper/Pete that she had a meeting with his wife (Charlotte/Violet). Charlotte/Violet called her and wanted to see her. Charlotte/Violet gave Erica a check for 20,000 thousand dollars to take the money and leave. Erica told Cooper/Pete that she declined because this is about Mason and he deserves more. She tells him that she just hopes that Cooper/Pete deserves him.

Yikes! This Erica is also sticking around because she is a recurring character.

Ausiello must have read the sides which is why he assumed it would be Pete or Cooper.

Absolutely agree that's Charlotte. I just can't see Violet doing that. Also Vi and Pete already have their issues to work through with the booktour and the heart attack, so it makes more sense that the new trouble is for someone else.

But I do wonder why the "they got drunk" part was so important to mention as neither Cooper or Pete were involved with anyone back then. *shrugs*

It was mentioned because Cooper/Pete asks Erica how it happened and didn't they use protection. Erica says they got drunk and the whole night was a blur.

The kid is 7 years old. The kid was conceived before PP started. Cooper was seeing A LOT of women back then with all his one night stands from internet "dates". I think that is why he is so shocked because he usually always used protection. However, this time he was drunk and she was drunk, so they didn't.
