What's Next: Addison will continue to pursue trying to have a baby, while the reappearance of Benjamin Bratt's mysterious character (now named Jake Riley!) will surprise viewers, Shonda Rhimes says. Meanwhile, Amelia's struggle with addiction will affect her ability to do her job, and Pete's fate will rest in the hands of Cooper and Sam.

Question: Any Private Practice scoop on Addison and Sam relationship? —Jacklyn Ausiello: Although the season premiere picks up where the finale left off —with Pete in cardiac arrest — there will be a time jump later in the episode. And when everyone’s clocks are adjusted, Sam and Addison will be cohabitating (she moves in with him, not the other way around). Amelia, meanwhile, is now living in Addison’s crib.

I wish all the pairings on this show would break up. Except CC. They can be left alone.

The only couple i want to break up is Addison and Sam. I cannot stand that pairing.

Hopefuly Pete's heart attack will change him positively. He annoyed me most of the time last season.

Dosen't suprise me Addison moves in with Sam. (Wish it was the other way around) I find their love to be so freaking fake. (Wait thats right, Sam said in the finale he's going to try to love her)

Pete deserves better then Violet, but i agree, He wasn't acting like himself last season.

She can be from Sam's or Sheldon's or Jake's past as well.

She is a recurring character. If she is an ex-lover, I assume there will be a triangle. It is how Shonda works.

It wouldn't make sense for it to be Sam since Naomi is his whole past. She obviously isn't Sam's sister. LOL. Jake maybe but he will be in a triangle with Addison/Sam. Sheldon's storyline is with Amelia. He is helping her. Also, I assume Ausiello knows so it is either Pete or Cooper.
