No matter how many times PLL ignores the actual qualifications required for real life, important jobs, it still always annoys me to see it happen. It's a nice thought to have Toby be a police officer, but it takes 3-4 months in police academy and most of the time you can't even become an officer if you're under 21. I know, it's PLL, and they mangle stuff like this all the time, but ugh. So grating.
