I hope Lorelai see the Luke rant, we know Rory and Logan do (going by the promo). Maybe they tell her, anyone betting well see Rory say "I'm taking Logan to Luke's" and see Lorelai's reaction.

So a 7:22 ending that can serve both as a season or series finale...interesting. I still think there are too many things/issues to be resolved in the amount of time left and I don't want to be left with a feeling that those questions haven't been answered. I don't want everything rushed. It won't feel right.

I just ask myself - how long are they waiting for AB to decide!???
Don't get me wrong - I do hope that we will get an 8th season and I also do belive that we will get it.

But information says that it all depends on Alexis - so if ALL depends on AB decision - how long will the other actors wait for her to decide? Does she has a deadline? Because - how long will the offer for Melissa stay? Or for Scott?

I mean if they don't signe, someone else will sign - how long can they wait for AB?

And if the decision for season 8 has already been made, why haven't Melissa, Scott, ... etc signed for the new jobs yet?
I don't think that other tv stations would make it a secret if Scott signed for theire new series.

IMO - the decision is already made.....they´re prob just waiting til the upfronts...

Jeez, I don´t know.....but like I said, IMO everyone prob already knows IF there will be another season.....anything else would be stupid, but hey, who knows, the season was also stupid so far....

Melissa has signed onto a new project for the Fall.

Do these writers really believe that Lorelai has a leg to stand on in making judgements about anyone's relationship or romantic partner? Sheesh. After marrying the deadbeat father of her daughter, she lost any credibility with me to judge anyone. Seriously, who would pay attention to her opinions? Silly.

Seems Lorelai is just being used as the catalyst to set up some kind of foundation for the audience about the whole R/L storyline coming up. Because, like so much else on this show, this new version of Lorelai's opinion of Logan seems to come out of nowhere - I should be used to this stuff by now, but it still is a headscratcher.

Ok, watching the promo for the billionth time, the LL conversation has defintely been cut and spliced in at least one spot. But I'm not as concerned about the casual feel of it because didn't we say that the fight when they go car shopping in the next ep is when all the real emotion comes out? I'm going to consider this just a starter conversation, kinda like Nicole and Christopher were just starter spouses.

I never trust promos - not after the way the promo for AVV looked like the episode was not only going to be good but actually fun and funny - so I watch all promos with a raised eyebrow -

Rosie already knows what's up. Don't pay too much attention to little Mikey. Either he knows bull or he is playing with your minds. Just wait till the podcast comes out - he'll change his mind three more times till then

Hey, has anyone read the lyrics to the song the troubadour is singing? It's always fun to analyze his songs. It definitely screams "Lorelai" to me. Or "LL" too.

I disagree. Once the SherPa put Lorelai in bed with Christopher, there was no way to sweep it under the rug or clean it up quickly. A huge can of worms was opened, and it had to be dealth with. If Lorelai had slept with Random Rebound Hook-up Guy in "Partings," it would have been different. This was Christopher, and the consequences had to be played out.

Mileages will certainly vary widely on this one.
