I'm curious about episode 3 - the title indicates that it's about a fairy (which either means TBF or Tinkerbell), but I'm hoping it's Nova back with Leroy .
Tinkerbell's a pixie though, so maybe it's the backstory of the Blue Fairy? But if it's in Neverland .... Hmmm. Could be interesting. __________________

Catching up from the last thread:
Belle Quote:
Quote:
It’s not that I want OUAT to be the Rumbelle show (which, okay, I wouldn’t mind)—I do accept that Belle isn’t a core character and won’t be featured that often. It’s just that I think she could be better used when she IS featured. Charming It’s not that he gets put in the closet for months at a time the way Belle does; it’s more that he’s usually just around to support Snow or do plot-related things. He did get some good scenes with Henry early on that I’d forgotten, but in general he, like Belle, is mostly used as a love interest. IMO, of course. Neal Quote:
Is the argument based on about two lines in Manhattan where he said he was afraid of Rumple? (Which he never said before or after.) If he IS afraid of Rumple, that actually makes his actions braver (bravery is overcoming fears, not never having them; that’s foolhardiness). At least twice he’s physically placed himself between Rumple and someone else—Emma in the apartment and Whale when Rum was curb-stomping him. And fear of Rumple actually supports the writer/MRJ party line that Neal was making a sacrifice, taking one for the team when he let August talk him into abandoning Emma. The easy way to keep Rumple away from him forever would be to stick to Emma like glue and keep her from fulfilling her destiny so that Rumple is permanently locked up in SB. If Emma breaks the curse, not only does she get her family back, Rum can come find Neal. Which of course is what happened. Neal’s problem is not cowardice; it’s that the writing makes him so gullible and reactive and DUMB. He just buys into whatever story people tell him. Quote:

If 3.3 is confirmed Regina, then her scenes in 3.2 are probably with Snow and Charming. In other words, in the part of the story that we have seen over and over, so unless it is a missing second adventure when they fall deeper in love…Regina’s outfits will probably be the highlight. |

Alright Regina's LI screams Robin Hood or it's someone that was mysteriously cast but we won't know whom it is until we see them on screen or an original character.

So would Regina's LI be an OC from the organization that took Henry?

I realize this is just oddball randomness, but I was thinking how odd it was Regina hadn't had a child.
OK, odd on one level, not odd on another. The evil queen is an archetype of the evil mother. Evil mothers come in assorted sizes and shapes. They may be like the witch in Hansel and Gretel, who (literally or figuratively) wants to devour the child hero/heroine. Although they can actually be the hero/heroine's mother, they're more often a stepmother, someone who is seen more naturally viewing the hero/heroine as a rival (either on her own behalf or on behalf of the stepmother's children). Anyhow, the devouring, repressive mother figure is often seen as anti-life. She destroys life rather than creates it. If she has children, they are often no more than extensions of her (exceptions are children of evil witches who fall in love with the hero or heroine and help them). She may acquire a child, like Rapunzel, but don't expect the birthmother to be happy about it and don't expect the evil mother to be nurturing. So, taken as an archetype, Regina should be childless or have an adopted child she tries too hard to control and repress. But, taken as a person, Regina shows early on an interest in having a child. Even before the curse, she tries to get Hansel and Gretel to accept her as a mother. There's evidence that FTL follows the European model that boys inherit kingdoms before girls. In the scenario, Regina would have strengthened her position if she'd had a son. No matter what rumors were going around about the king's death, her son would be the rightful heir, not Snow. Even if the kingdom operated on primogeniture or some rule that gave Queen Eva's child a better claim than Regina's, blood heirs usually get better PR than heirs by marriage. After being a widow, a child without a husband might have created a scandal--but so does being a wicked witch. And, if she'd asked Graham to marry her, she could have made sure he said yes. Ditto most other guys (Regina as David's Wicked Stepmum if she married King George. Or, if George is his Wicked Stepdad, is she his Wicked Step-Stepmum? Or does the Stepdad of the brother you were separated from at birth count as more of an Evil Uncle, even if he does make you pretend to be your brother? The Clan Charmings Thanksgiving Dinner already requires peacekeeping forces even without trying to figure out the place cards, so it might be better not to think about this). As for fertility issues, she was trained by Rumplestiltskin. Exactly how many times has he been consulted by childless couples? He may be best known for adoptions, but don't tell me he doesn't know how to deal with all the other problems. |

I felt in Evil Queen where she burned down the village and acted mad because people didn't love her to be psychotic even for Regina. I mean her father was alive at the time.
I did like her scenes with Snow in the episode though. Robin Hood would be an intresting LI for her if she didn't cause him physical or emotional pain. |
