Or Morgana Le Fay from the Arthurian legend.

There's always Magica de Spell. She is a witch, and a Disney villain. She is also a duck, but who cares?

Jokes aside, is Morgana Le Fay considered a Disney Villain? I mean, if they are going to use Disney witches, she wouldn't be one of them, I think. After all, they replaced her with Madam Min in "the Sword and the Stone".

Madam Min sucked.

She’s as forgettable as that bad deer that fought Bambi.

The interviews say the other witches are from the Disney catalog of stories. I can't think of many we haven't met, except for the White Witch from Narnia, which Disney now owns free and clear as part of the Fox studio acquisition.
if you looked carefully, you would find that Robin is wearing Storybrooke School clothing. Which clues us that they came from Storybrooke and that Robin grew up there, while everyone else remained the same, except for Prince Neal, Alexandra and Phillip Jr cause they were born in a world without magic like Henry, Robin and Gideon. It makes more sense.

Her clothing looks more Storybrooke related.

Actually Madame Mim is an Arthurian legend and seperate character in the Arthurian legend. I read it myself. Also, Morgana Le Fay was also a Disney character in The Sorcerer's Apprentice movie, so she counts as a Disney character too in Live Action.
