It seems then that she is the bar owner. This is probably the local hangout and that is how she and the cursed versions of Hook and Rumple know one another.

From people who wants Regina to be gay because they fear she would be paired up with half of their couple, which, incidently makes ZERO sense, or from people who hate her, and want her paired with the villain who is trying to destroy Henry and/or from OQ haters who want Regina to be "gay now" to undermine Robin's importance in her life.

Honestly, apart from THEIR whishes there has been zero indication she would be the LGBT character. Besides, the article clearly says "gay", not bisexual. Therefore, Regina shouldn't even be considered since she has shown absolutely no sign of being gay (or bisexual for what's worth) during six seasons of the show.

I would like that.

I don't think Regina is the LGBT character. If she had always been portrayed as a bisexual character it would be fine for the story to be for her, but she's always been shown to be sexually attracted to men. She had relationships with Daniel and Robin and the Evil Queen flirted with nearly every male she came into contact with.
