A&E did mention that Henry, as the author is important, but don't remember of any other details.

I'm not worried about Henry. This show is no where near dark enough to kill off a kid. If Jared is leaving, then I'm sure it's because Henry has been aged up for possible season 7.

My immediate thought was that it looks a lot like Mayor Regina's outfit.

Then I saw this post:

There were set directions about Henry knowing where Emma is so she may be missing.

Henry had the book and then after he got put in the ambulance the BF had the book and is talking to Rumple. So my guess is that Henry got packed off to some sort of holding area for troublemakers in the Black Fairy’s town. Perhaps the asylum.

So maybe the Black Fairy "wins" and Henry is trying to remind everyone there of the truth because she's cursed them or to rewrite the final battle.

The Black Fairy looks like she has taken over to role of Mayor? It sounds like we are dealing with typical season finale high jinks. If only the could make the rest of the season as interesting.
