It's not 100% clear and there are pics without it but it looks like a ring to me.

Interesting. Does she have any suitors?
Tough to narrow it down who the lucky guy is. __________________

That definitely looks like a ring. I guess if they're getting engaged mid season somewhere. Then wedding is likely happening in the finale.
More and more signs point to this being the final season. And I'm more than okay with that after that horrific idea for a S7. |

Hm, hard to say...if i remember correctly, we had such a situation once before about CS...but im not sure.
Either way, i have to say that this second half shapes up to be interesting, all the spoiler pics etc make me really excited. __________________

If CS are going to get married this season then I honestly can't see this show going on longer.
I don't at all think the show will give us pregnant Emma. So a CS wedding with everyone their seems like the perfect book end for the show. |

It does look like they are wrapping up Emma's story. But I wouldn't count the show out just yet. There are plenty of other fairytales and other stories. Shows go on with a different protagonist all the time. Not always successfully. But sometimes they do reinvent themselves with a different main character and click along for many years. A particular viewer might not want to watch anymore but it doesn't necessarily mean the show is over. And Jen might stay with the focus being shifted for seeking a HE to someone else.

Although this doesn't indicate an end to Emma for me necessarily ... life goes on after a wedding __________________

It could be that they want to film the CS wedding in case they don't get picked up. If they are finished filming March 31 as Katmtan says then it may be they'll film all this without knowing if they're coming back. Personally I think ABC would be smart not to make any decisions until they look at the ratings for the first few weeks but who knows whether they've decided already. |

I am so glad that the CS fans finally have something to look forward too. I'm also glad that the sleeping curse has been broken so both Snow and Charming can be there for Emma's wedding. It looks like she is getting her happy ending after all. No wonder Ginny said breaking the sleeping curse was not about Snow and Charming and it brought tears to her eyes, it was always about them waking up and being there to celebrate with Emma. It does seem like Emma's story is being wrapped up with a nice bow, the way the writers promised.
They do keep to their word, unless it's about Snowing, Rumbelle or OutlawQueen. The musical episode is clearly about the wedding. The first scene in the group home is Emma reflecting on how she will never have a family or a home, the cut to her house in the present where she is preparing for her wedding to the man who has given her both. The scenes in the fairy back to the Charming's bedroom in the castle are likely Snow singing about how all she wants for her unborn child is for her to find love and happiness. I have always believed the original intent was to make Snow's happy ending seeing Emma happy with the man she loves. That why it didn't originally matter if Charming lived or died. He was never essential to Snow's happy ending. It's always been about Emma. I imagine the number on the docks to be something similar to the musical number in My Fair Lady, "Get me to the church on time." Then the wedding takes place either in the mayor's off or at Granny's. I wouldn't rule out a pregnancy. Emma was a honeymoon baby. I would expect nothing less than that for her and Hook. The wedding will be in episode 20 and episode 21 will be the epic honeymoon adventure just like Snowing had. Then, the season/series finale can be a flash forward to them with their child or children. Just because her parents were happy to have only one child, doesn't mean that her and Hook won't have a huge family. Natalie said that the musical episode is important. What could be more important than Emma's wedding? Hopefully, Leanne will get the details when she talks to A&E today. |
