I have this crazy theory that as long as the dagger is in the bell jar, the darkness is "contained" and Emma is herself (thus the normal except the peasant dress Emma in Camelot). But someone frees the dagger and that causes Emma to go full on Dark Swan that we see in SB. |

The bell jar is an iconic piece from the Beauty & the Beast movie and Belle was seen clutching it. I think whatever is inside has to do with Rumbelle not Emma.
In 4B the show implied they were comparing Rumple's heart to the rose in the bell jar that represented the Beast's curse. Instead of the last petal falling and dooming the Beast, the last flicker of red was disappearing from Rumple's heart. So I think his heart is in the bell jar.  |

I still see the jar/dagger as far fetched, but I like the idea of the dagger being the mean to keep Emma as she isnor as the DO at first. Mumble mumble... __________________

I think the two are similar on many aspects. They both see the good in people and they believe in their loved ones even when they don't believe in themselves, I've always loved that avout the two of them

I do think she's more aware than henry and wouldn't give Pan her heart and noticed the trap Z got her and neal in but she is an adult
