Was it ever mentioned the time elapse from Charming "egg" implant to casting the curse? It must be quite a bit of time, correct because during season 3 there were a few flashbacks during Snow/Charming's engagement period, correct?

If the author is going to be revealed early (per A&E), then it most likely is not someone new (since there was no casting notice). It could be anyone already cast in any role, from Henry to Granny to August to Lily or the Apprentice, himself. It most likely is not someone "new".

Also in episode 15 it speaks of another King and a Miranda. So there are two kings involved? Hmmmm....I like it.

It was probably at least a year. There was taking back the kingdom (3.02, 2.03, 2.10) then the wedding/ honeymoon (3.10) then Snow's entire pregnancy.

I'm usually lost to who is related to whom and banished due to which sin. So someone usually has a beef with someone else.

Hades is god of the Underworld. Remind me who he is related to and why he was sent there?

Hades is Poseidon and Zeus's brother. He wasn't exactly banished to the Underworld, but when the brothers divided up the realms, he had the bad luck of getting that territory (Zeus got the sky and Poseidon got the sea), so he's stuck ruling the Underworld (and he's not exactly happy with his lot). He can only visit Olympus during the winter solstice.
