credit: MaybeLove.
CAST
Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan
Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret
Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David
Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold
Lana Parrilla as Evil Queen/Regina
Jared Gilmore as Henry
Emilie de Ravin as Belle

Michael Raymond-James as Baelfire/Neal

Master storytellers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz ("Lost," "Tron: Legacy") invite everyone to join Emma Swan, Snow White, Prince Charming, Rumplestiltskin, Hook and the Evil Queen Regina as they travel through a portal on the Jolly Roger in an effort to reach Neverland and rescue Henry.

Welcome to Storybrooke, Maine, a small town that probably won't show up on your GPS, but it's a magical place to visit. Reality and myth merged after Emma broke Regina's curse, which had deprived the fairytale characters of their memories and trapped them in our modern world. When they finally regained their identities, our heroes were dismayed to discover that they weren't transported back to Fairy Tale Land. To make matters worse, Rumplestiltskin - aka Mr. Gold - decided to escalate his power struggle with Regina by introducing magic into the town. But this is our world, and magic always has a tendency to yield unfathomable consequences.

...

And they all lived happily ever after... Hardly!

All is not well back in the Enchanted Forest when Hook comes calling on Emma in New York City in an attempt to jog her memory so that she can once again help her fairy tale family and friends out of a desperate situation. Everyone she holds dear is in danger as a new foe emerges - the Wicked Witch of the West (Rebecca Mader, "Lost"). Hook now must enlist Emma in an epic struggle that spans worlds: with the highest stakes possible - the fate of her family. No one remembers how they were transported back or the past year they had spent back in Fairy Tale Land. But someone in town is responsible for this curse, and all clues point to the Wicked Witch of the West, whose agenda in our world is a mystery. In an attempt to break the curse, new fairytale characters will be revealed and old acquaintances will be revisited. But not everyone can be trusted. X

Once Upon a Time Pictures - Photo Gallery: Returning Winter Shows: Where We Left Off

Once Upon a Time (ABC)
Premieres: Sunday, March 9 at 8/7c

Where We Left Off: In order to save Storybrooke, Regina let Henry destroy the town, sending everyone back to where they came from. But Emma and Henry, whose memories were changed to believe they've always been together, now reside in New York, where, one year after the curse consumed the town, Hook arrived at their door to enlist them for help because Emma's parents are in trouble.

What's Next: Regina and Robin Hood's potential future will be explored in the Enchanted Forest. Pinocchio, Phillip and Aurora will return, more of Emma's past will be revealed, and more worlds will be introduced, including possibly Oz, home of Rebecca Mader's mystery character, the Wicked Witch of the West. Plus: Christopher Gorham will play a mysterious character connected to Emma and Rapunzel.
Get ready for some big reveals when ABC's Once Upon a Time returns on March 9. Executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz preview what's brewing in Fairy Tale Land, Storybrooke and Oz.

- The Wicked Witch of the West (Lost's Rebecca Mader) lands in Storybrooke on the March 9 episode. She shares ties to two familiar characters. Viewers will learn what turned her green and will eventually meet the Wizard. "There might be some other surprises along the yellow brick road," Kitsis says. "We're setting up the fight of all fights: Evil Queen versus Wicked Witch!"

- The March 9 episode will also incorporate the fact that real-life couple Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas (Snow and Charming) are expecting a child. The baby will have a connection to the impending progeny of Sleeping Beauty and Prince Phillip, though producers promise there won't be a soap opera-like baby switch.

- Emma will encounter a mysterious stranger in New York City (Covert Affairs' Christopher Gorham); Charming will come to the rescue of Rapunzel (Alexandra Metz) atop a tower; and Belle will meet her French candlestick pal, Lumiere (True Blood's Henri Lubatti).

TVLine Exclusive Bombshell: A Death Is Coming
Series creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis tell TVLine exclusively that the fantastical series will be killing off a major character during the second batch of 11 episodes (launching March 9), resulting in the exit of a series regular. “The character dies, for real,” Kitsis makes clear — at which point his/her portrayer will, make no mistake, leave the show.
Every series regular cast member is a possibility – except for Robert Carlyle. The EPs have agreed to rule out that one candidate, seeing as Rumplestiltskin is theoretically already “gone” (having sacrificed himself in the name of vanquishing Peter Pan).
" Hi, Erika. Actually, Eddy and Adam said, to me, on Friday at about 7:30 pm PST on the patio at the Langham Resort in Pasadena, that a character played by “a series regular” is going to die. “Series regular” is a specific contract term that applies to only nine actors currently on the ABC programme Once Upon a Time — one of whom, Robert Carlyle, has been ruled out. By the producers. Who I spoke to. Friday. Near the crepe station."
Comment by Matt Webb Mitovich – January 20, 2014 01:55 PM PST

"Hi! There is a photo gallery listing the eight and only eight possibilities."

SEASON 3 SPOILERS
  • Will we get an answer as to why Hook and Neal had to go back to the Enchanted Forest even though neither came via the curse?
Adam Horowitz: Anyone not from this world went back to where they were from.
Edward Kitsis: Except for Emma, who was the savior. She was a special exception. X
  • Could you please get some scoop on what’s coming up for “Captain Swan” in Once Upon a Time Season 3B? –Kim
As already hinted, Hook will have a tough time getting back in Emma’s good graces, especially given how their first NYC “reunion” went. “She will be very wary” of this stranger, cocreator Eddy Kitsis previews. “I mean, if someone knocked on your door wearing leather and guyliner and tried to kiss you…? He’s lucky he didn’t get a baseball hat to the head!” Adds Adam Horowitz: “Emma’s a tough cookie when she has her memories. So without them, it’s not going to an easy road for him.”
This Once Upon a Time hiatus feels like forever! Got any scoop to help make the remaining month-plus wait more bearable? –Stefanie
If you’re in your mid-30s to early 40s and look like a young Richard Schiff, call your agent now. An Episode 18 flashback will introduce us to Prince Leopold aka the man who will one day be Snow White’s father. The younger Leo is described as grounded, humble and not afraid to open his heart, coveting more from marriage than just a political arrangement. Interestingly, I hear that Rena Sofer will not reprise her role as Ava for this episode. Hmm. Source
  • Why was it Hook that came to Emma and Henry's home in New York City?
Adam Horowitz: That is an excellent question. Why and how?
Edward Kitsis: What's he doing back? What the hell is going on?
Horowitz: We're answering your question with more questions. It's not why Hook, but how Hook and when Hook? What does it mean? That's something that we get to, again, pretty quickly.
  • Please tell me any scoop for Hook on Once Upon a Time. –Harini
This can’t bode well for our resident swashbuckler: As we speak, the show is casting the one-episode role of Blackbeard, a cut-throat pirate if there ever was one.
  • How different is this Emma from the one we've known?
Kitsis: It was an important thing. Emma, as a character, we love her. She has some new memories, but that didn't ruin her upbringing. She still grew up tough, she still grew up with a wall. It was her against the world and what we'll see is with these new memories it's now her and Henry against the world. She still is the same person, but we're going to really explore what her life is like in Episode 12 called "New York City Serenade." Source
  • Do the fairy tale characters sent back to the Enchanted Forest still have their memories of Storybrooke?
Kitsis: Yes. They know and that gets explored.
Horowitz: As we laid out in the winter finale, Emma was the one who being back there was going to lose those memories and have this new life. The fairy tale characters get left with the pain and knowledge of what happened over the years that the show has been on and what they've been through. None of that is erased. Source
  • What's the deal with Robin Hood and Regina on Once Upon a Time? — Maggie
NATALIE: As of two weeks ago when I was on set, Lana Parrilla told me nothing had come up in scripts between the two of them, but she expected it to happen toward the end of the season — though it might not be as easy as we'd all hope. "She's closed her heart off to any romance," Parrilla says. "She doesn't look at anyone with lust or desire. But I do hope that Regina opens her heart again to love. It's been many, many years. As much as she loves Henry, he can only fill that void for so long before he moves on and has a life of his own separate from her." Do you want to see Regina and Robin Hood together? Source
  • Do you have anything on Once Upon a Time that isn’t related to one ‘ship or another? –Lauren
Wrap your magic bean around this one: For Episode 14, the show is casting the possibly recurring role of a teenage African-American female who comes across as skittish and timid, having had her naturally curious and determined spirit tempered by years of crippling fear. That said, when put to the test, this lass can reach within and summon the strength to be a hero. Ready, set, speculate! Source
  • Any chance for a reconciliation between Neal and Rumple on Once Upon a Time? — Tracy
NATALIE: Now that Neal has discovered the truth about his lineage, it will open the door for father and son to finally have a relationship. "It provides an opportunity for Neal to see his father as someone who carried a burden for hundreds of years because he was hurt or embarrassed about Pan being his father," Michael Raymond-James says. "It really allows him to see his dad in a new light. That's a revelatory moment for Neal." Source
  • Question: Can you offer up any clues on the location/setting for the second half of Once Upon a Time Season 3 (premiering March 9)? Will it take place entirely in Storybrooke, or will there be trips to another never-before-seen world? — abz
Ausiello: Better than clues, we have cold, hard facts. More akin to Season 1′s storytelling, “The second half [of Season 3] will take place between Storybrooke and the Enchanted Forest,” series cocreator Eddy Kitsis told Matt Mitovich. In other words, EP Adam Horowitz underscored, “It’s not a ‘journey to another land’ paradigm” à la the Neverland arc concluding Dec. 15. “We always have the ability and the desire to dip into other lands, which it’s more than likely we shall do,” Horowitz added, “but it will be in the way that we’ve done it in the past, as opposed to locking all of our characters onto a boat and sending them [to a new realm].” Source
  • Once Upon a Time‘s Rumple and Belle fans are really down right now because they’re always separated (by memory loss or worlds). Please tell us they’ll at least be in the same world in the second half of Season 3! –V
I brought your Q to the boys, and Horowitz assures the Rumbelle fans, “In the second half of the season, they are going to be in the same world for an extended period of time.” But Kitsis then chimed in: “If you’re a fan of Rumbelle, the second half of the season will further explore their relationship – in whatever state that is.” :-O Source
  • Monica: So excited for Rebecca Mader on Once Upon a Time! Can you spill anything on what she's playing?
She's one of the best female villians of all time, and not just in recent Disney history. This one even has her own theme music! Also, we can tell you that she is being brought in because now that Rumple and Regina have made peace, the writers felt they needed a new Big Bad and Mader's character will definitely be at odds with Regina. We will hopefully have your very first look at Mader's character (the new villain) on the night of Dec. 15 on E! Online, right after the episode of Once Upon a Time ends, so make sure you check back! Source

"New York Serenade" Reporter Previews & Spoilers, episode 3.12

‘Once Upon a Time’ Season 3 spoilers: 5 things to know about ‘New York City Serenade’ - Zap2it
As you may recall from the midseason finale, one year has passed since Storybrooke disappeared. Emma and Henry are living happily in New York, when Captain Hook shows up to ruin their easy life. What happens next?

1. In the first 15 minutes of the episode, the following things occur: A picnic, note-passing, purple smoke, mention of Pompeii, and two offers that Emma doesn't really know how to refuse.
2. Home life for the Swans includes video games, eggs and plaid pants that are not our favorite fashion choice.
3. This amazing Captain Hook line is voiced: "They force-fed me something called bologna."
4. If you are ever in New York City, do not consume inexplicable substances handed to you by strange men. Or actually, don't ever do that.
5. It's possible to hijack magic spells. Possible side effects of this include a propensity to quote Goldilocks out of context.

TVSource Magazine preview 7 Teasers from "New York City Serenade" by Mandy T.
1. Aurora and Prince Phillip welcome the group back to the Enchanted Forest and catch them up on some of the happenings there. But they leave something major out for a valid reason.

2. Neal and Belle each have a plan when it comes to getting Rumpel back. They also each get to have a reunion in the episode (Bonus Swan Fire Shipper Scoop: A choice Neal makes is also a throwback to a previous episode of the series as is something Emma sees).

3. Hook is relentless in his efforts to make Emma remember and she is not amused, but her curiosity gets the best of her – twice (Bonus Captain Swan Shipper Scoop: Something you’ve been wanting happens and you will flail over it. Also, all of their scenes will make you smile. All of them).

4. Snow helps Regina through an emotional moment and it’s touching to see how far they’ve come. [Bonus Outlaw Queen Shipper Scoop: If you weren’t already shipping these two, their first meeting will make you want to start. It’s flawless).

5. Speaking of Regina, murder remains her go-to solution for any problem that she comes across. Alternate suggestions are made by [spoiler] and [spoiler]. Will Regina listen or go back to her Evil Queen ways?

6. Storybrooke is back, but the how and the why are not immediately answered. Instead, we’re left with a mystery that will have viewers craving more episodes (Bonus non-shipper scoop: Out of all the throwbacks to the pilot, our favorite is a moment that takes place in Storybrooke).

7. Flying monkeys are absolutely terrifying. As for the Wicked Witch…we don’t learn a lot about her in the episode, but what we see? Perfection.

Bonus Dialogue Teases:

“Emma Swan always gets her man.”

“I know you better than you know yourself.”

“Stop looking for things to be wrong.”

10 Things to Know About Once Upon a Time's Mid Season Return
1. The Gang’s Back Together
“New York City Serenade” kicks off like an ambitious pilot episode for a new show rather than a mid season premiere. There are mysteries, deep character moments and special effects galore – not to mention an intriguing guest star in the form of Covert Affairs’ Chris Gorham. Additionally, you can expect to see Aurora, Prince Phillip, Robin Hood (fleshed out with the addition of some merry men) and all of our original fan favourites too. The screen is bursting with familiar faces, with the only off-note being the lack of Rumpel.

2. Where’s Rumpel?
Take heart Once fans. Belle is confident she will see her man again. “We never saw his knife” she reminds a forlorn Neal. “I think we can get him back.” You’d better, Once Upon a Time! This show would not be the same without Robert Carlyle.

3. Reminding Us Why We Love Regina
And the zingers award goes to Regina. Lana Parrilla must have had some fun with her lines this episode. From her haughty “Show some respect – or at least some restraint at the buffet!” to an indignant “He smells like forest!” the evil queen is on top form.

4. Who’s Castle is it Anyway?
Now that everyone is back in the Fairytale Land that was … is … should be … who gets the castle? Expect to see some wrangling between Snow and Regina for rights. Let’s not be too hasty girls. We hear someone wicked may have beaten you both to it.

5. Monkeys Will Fly out of My … Bush?
New CGI creatures! We love them! Once has been a little hit and miss when it comes to its fantastical creatures. (For the record we loved the Not Dementors but hated that season one dragon). These little guys are genuinely terrifying. And intriguingly deceptive.

6. The Red Leather Jacket is Now an Icon
Emma’s red leather number has its own scene.

7. Everyone’s doing it
… Getting pregnant that is. Expect to see two familiar faces sporting a baby bump.

8. Hook is in a New York State of Mind
Yep, that really is Hook in New York, and yes he really is trying to get Emma to remember her real life – you know the one where her parents are royalty and she’s really a kickass princess and saviour of the world? When put in those terms, we can understand just how hard it’s going to be for Hook to get through to Ms Swan. Maybe a kiss will seal the deal? Probably not, Killian!

9. Tell Us What You Like About Yourself
In his own words Hook is a “Dashing Rapscallion.” Just so you know.

10. Erase and Rewind
Bravo to the show for an ingenious new storyline that will be sure to keep fans guessing for the remainder of the season, and possibly beyond. There’s more to the next collection of episodes than the curse being erased. It looks like something else was erased too. But we’re not going to spoil you on that front …

"In her Storybrooke form, the witch “is seemingly a kindred spirit to Snow White, which is part of what makes her so evil,” Ginnifer Goodwin explained during TVLine’s visit to the show’s Vancouver set last week. “She seems so genuinely kind and has a way of becoming intimate with others and making them trust her…. Rebecca Mader called her ‘Mary Poppins,’ because she was just so damn likeable!”
Goodwin credits Mader for that wicked wrinkle, explaining how the Lost alum tweaked her Storybrooke persona while rehearsing her first such scene. “She wanted her to be manipulative and conniving, something of an investigator,” Goodwin relates. “But then she realized, ‘No, what would actually be wicked would be to match Snow’s sweetness and really seem like someone cut from the same cloth.’”
So good is Mader at being so bad, Goodwin said with a laugh that she and others will at times witness a scene and find themselves wondering, “Is it bad that in some respects we want her to win?!”
Wetpaint - 10 Thing to Know About "New York City Serenade"
The first half of Season 3 found success by bringing the focus back to the core cast that we know and love, and "New York City Serenade" kept with the trend, putting the emphasis on emotions, even in the midst of a fair amount of plot.

We're sworn to secrecy about the details of the episode, so we can't tell you too much else — but we have collected 10 hints and quotes from the episode for you to contemplate while you wait.

1. An unexpected betrayal from good characters is implied. Fear gets to even the best of us.

2. "And here I thought you'd gone and changed." "I tried the hero thing. It didn't take."

3. An important location from Season 2 is revisited. (No, we're not just talking about Storybrooke.)

4. "I can't be happy without him." "Find a way."

5. It's all about gut feelings.

6. Will new alliances stay solid?

7. "He's kinda cute, huh?" "He smells like forest."

8. Hook in the modern world is funnier than ever.

9. There are some things the savior isn't meant to have.

10. There's a lot of tension, action, and stress in this episode — but some sweet moments and good news, too.

Seven teasers about 'Once Upon a Time' season 3, episode 12
Here are a few teasers we gathered as we watched:
- There’s a new beaux in Emma’s life. She’s a magnet for attractive men.
- Flying monkeys!
- Someone goes heartless.
- Henry in “New York Serenade” = Harry in Chamber of Secrets
- Hook in the real world is like Ichabod Crane from Sleepy Hollow in 2014.
- We find out what happened to Storybrooke.
- Flashbacks aplenty.
- “The Queen might be evil, but I’m wicked.”
Once Upon a Time's Midseason Return: Emma's New Life, Hook's Mission and 8 More Teasers
1 | Emma and Henry have made a very nice life for themselves in NYC, complete with a snazzy new wardrobe for the bail bondswoman. Also, Chris Gorham’s (Covert Affairs) character is a very big part of their world.
2 | Hook is relentless in his quest to make Emma believe the fantastical truth, and he’s got a couple of tricks up his leather sleeve to help him convince her of her origins. There’s also much comedy to be found in his (mis)adventures in the city.
3 | Flashbacks to one year ago reveal how the denizens of Storybrooke landed in a very convenient place once back in the Enchanted Forest, where they ran into multiple familiar faces — some of whom withhold a huge secret.
4 | Everyone will stick together in their travels in the Enchanted Forest — except for one character who forges out on his/her own.
5 | Someone gets locked up.
6 | Regina takes drastic measures to deal with the pain of missing Henry — while Snow White tries to play wingman for her frenemy.
7 | This line will make you LOL: “He smells of forest.”
8 | Belle has a plan….
9 | Multiple pieces of Once Upon a Time iconography make a triumphant return.
10 | There will be “monkey” business. And suffice to say, these winged primates have more (and scarier) “teeth” to ‘em than Margaret Hamilton’s ever did.

'Once Upon a Time' Season 3 Preview: Glinda, Hook's New Foe and Oz
“A sweet life in Manhattan: Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Henry (Jared Gilmore) have settled into their lives in the Big Apple rather comfortably, but Hook’s (Colin O’Donoghue) sudden re-entry into their lives — though they aren’t aware of the past history — puts a wrench in their plans. Covert Affairs’ Christopher Gorham plays an integral part in Emma and Henry’s story and serves as a catalyst of sorts. (Fun fact: Gorham, Kitsis and Horowitz worked together on The WB’s Popular.)

Hook goes up against another foe: In an upcoming episode, Hook will meet yet another nemesis, this time in Blackbeard (Charles Mesure). “He is a pirate through and through and he and Captain Hook do not have a love for each other, and the only thing two pirates will fight over — even more than a woman — would be a ship,” Kitsis hints.”

ONCE UPON A TIME: 11 Teases About ‘New York Serenade’ | Give Me My Remote
• Viewers will see what happens in the minutes leading up to (and immediately after) the former Storybrooke residents arrive in the Enchanted Forest. It doesn’t take long for them to run into familiar faces…and not everyone wants to stay with the group.
• Hook might not have gotten the response he wanted from Emma post-kiss, but that isn’t the only trick he has up his sleeve to get her to recall her true past.
• Viewers will first meet Chris Gorham’s Walsh in the midseason premiere, but he’s already a solid presence in the lives of several characters we know.
• The Wicked Witch (whose name is Zelena, the producers shared) isn’t the focus of the hour, but she does have a pretty delicious introduction.
• Regina goes to extreme measures to deal with her grief over losing Henry.
• Belle and Neal have an important exchange about Rumple. Snow, Charming, and Neal also share a moment over losing Emma and Henry.
• Henry is a little matchmaker.
• While the flashbacks in the episode are purely about what’s going on in Fairy Tale Land, we do learn a little bit about Emma and Henry’s new life from their comments.
• Robin Hood sure knows how to make an entrance…

Once Upon a Time First Look: A Big Reunion and ... a Proposal? - Today's News: Our Take | TVGuide.com

TV Guide: Jennifer Morrison on what's next for Emma Swan
TV Guide Magazine: Speaking of that: How will she and Henry reconnect with the others?
Morrison: Emma will be shaken out of her memory loss sooner than Henry — she gets pulled out of that and needs to go find her family. We'll spend a lot of the second half of the season trying to track down who caused the new curse and why.

TV Guide Magazine: Who would you like to see her end up with?
Morrison: Obviously, Emma has a connection to Neal — she spent an incredible time in her life with him. And Hook has proven himself to be someone who's helping and has truly changed. But from an acting perspective, I have really strong feelings about not judging my characters' choices — in any role that I take on. If I were playing a serial killer, I would have to figure out a way to love that person and [discover] what motivated her. No one walks around trying to be terrible!

TV Guide Lightening Round11 -Emma in NY and EF family
Will Emma finally have a friend who isn't her mom?
Kitsis: She will. She absolutely will. In a lot of ways, I might say that Hook has become a friend that isn't her mom.

Will we get an answer as to why Hook and Neal had to go back to the Enchanted Forest even though neither came via the curse? Horowitz: Anyone not from this world went back to where they were from.
Edward Kitsis: Except for Emma, who was the savior. She was a special exception.

TV Guide Mega Buzz - OUAT's Outlaw Queen update
It'd be wonderful if you could get us a first look of Regina and Robin on Once Upon a Time. We don't have any pictures of both of them. You could ask the big boss. — MirzaOliveira, via Twitter
I'm told that no such art exists, but that doesn't mean they don't have any scenes together. "[We're] going to see them meet very shortly -- in fact, in the next episode," executive producer Adam Horowitz teases. "Whether true love happens or not, it's going to be hopefully a very interesting road that they travel together." He means that literally, in case you were wondering. Also, just wait until Regina sees his tattoo.

‘Castle’ Season 6: ‘That ’70s Show’ Flashback Episode — Spoilers - TVLine

Question: I see your colleague Matt Mitovich visited the Once Upon a Time set. Did he get anything on Neal? —Viviane

Ausiello: He most certainly did. The good news is that Neal is resolved to reunite with Emma, some way, somehow. The bad news is that his baby momma’s parents don’t immediately agree with his agenda, since they know that Emma is now living in NYC, partially oblivious yet unarguably happy with son Henry. As Josh Dallas explained to MM on the set, “When we get back to fairytale land, Neal is determined to go find Emma, but Charming and Snow just want their daughter to be happy. So they try to say, ‘Look, this is where we live now. This is what we have and that [other realm] is where she and Henry are. We have to let them go.’” But will Neal listen?

Question: In Episode 2.05 of Once Upon A Time, “The Doctor,” there is a scene with young Regina, Rumple and Jefferson at his castle. When Rumple mentions something about the “ruby slippers,” the camera focuses on Regina’s face and she appears nervous and drops something on the table, indicating that the mention of the ruby slippers had some effect on her. Was that on purpose? Is Regina somehow connected to OZ or the footwear in question? —Ana

Ausiello: First off, the slippers you refer to “probably won’t be ruby,” exec producer Eddie Kitsis reveals. Adds fellow EP Adam Horowitz: “The ruby slippers may have been a false road because, in the books, they were silver slippers.” And Once will be “sticking to the book for legal reasons,” confirms Kitsis. Now, back to your actual question regarding Regina’s connection to OZ, I have no clue. But at least I cleared up the ruby confusion! That’s gotta be worth something!

Matt Mitovich Spoilers — Agent Triplett Cast — ‘Once Upon a Time’ - TVLine 2/20/2014
At the end of Once Upon a Time’s midseason finale, why did Emma end up in New York City, Neal’s recent home, rather than Boston, her most recent place of residence outside of Storybrooke? –R.T.
Hook poses that exact question in the March 9 midseason premiere – and Emma does have an explanation.

Can you give us a hint as to what Belle’s “plan” might be on Once Upon a Time? –Intarr
Belle’s plan to get the definitive 411 on Rumple is sparked by something she has come to realize about her man’s epic clash with Pan.

Once Upon a Time - Wicked Is Coming - Press Release | Spoilers
The special will take a look at the role that family plays in the show, our heroes’ journey from breaking the curse to the ramifications of magic in our world, travelling to Neverland to save Henry from an evil Peter Pan, and their upcoming battle with The Wicked Witch of the West. Interviews with the cast and executive producers Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz help tell the story of “Once Upon a Time: Wicked is Coming,” airing SUNDAY, MARCH 9 (7:00-8:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Captain Swan New York City Serenade SPOILERS
[...]"One of the media people told me that Emma will not regain her memories until the end of the episode. There’s a lot of things hook does in order to get Emma to remember. Including giving her Neal’s address. As we know this is the dream catcher sequence in the promo so I went a tad deeper and asked does this get Emma’s memories back and two of them said no.

As we can all tell what gets Emma’s memories back is the potion once she drinks it 4 people have confirmed this that I talked to. I’m also a close friend with…. and…confirmed this as well.

The dream catcher sequence is what makes her start questioning herself HOWEVER Emma being Emma still is hesitant and then she goes to Central Park and well I’m sure we know what happens next.

I asked one more question to two of them. I asked whom exactly does Henry matchmaker for and they said henry is the one that plays a key role in the hook and Emma hug scene. What I think that means is after she arrests hook which happens at Central Park her and Henry chat about everything and he convinces her to release hook and listen to him.”

From tonight's shoot:
Quote:
"This is everything I know about the OUAT filming today (Jan 23)
  • People who were present are Snow, Charming, Emma, Belle, Rumple, Wicked Witch, Granny, Dwarves, and Tink
  • They are filming 3x16, I believe. But I’m not sure because I forgot to ask.
  • They are doing a night shoot from 4pm to 4am. I did not stay the whole time and only saw one scene.
  • In the scene I saw, there was a huge group of people standing in the middle of Storybrooke looking very nervous and worried (see image above. Sorry for quality, it was dark and I only had my phone)
  • There was fake fog.
  • Tink, Emma, Belle, Snow, and Charming walk up to the group and push through to the middle.
  • Charming tries to calm everyone down and says "Listen up guys, you all need to get out of here!"
  • The Wicked Witch appears and says "No one’s going anywhere."
  • The group parts like the Red Sea for her, haha!
  • Rumple is behind her, but he doesn’t say anything. Or I couldn’t hear him.
  • They talk, I couldn’t hear.
  • And then the Wicked Witch said something about "my sister".
End scene

Side notes of the cute cast
  • When they were coming for rehearsals, Emilie had her arm looped with Bobby and they were talking and laughing and they are so cute!
  • During rehearsals, JMo, Rose, and Josh were off to the side and JMo suddenly laughed really loudly. I wish I heard what they were talking about!
  • Just before the first take, I guess Josh was really cold after taking off his huge jacket, because he suddenly ran over to a bike rack and jumped on the bike and pretended to pedal really hard. And then he ran back to his mark. Haha!
  • JMo was wearing the same beanstalk outfit from yesterday, but today with a black toque (for all you non-Canadians out there, it’s basically a beanie)
  • Tink was wearing the same modern clothes outfit as yesterday
  • Rebecca wasn’t green but she was wearing a witch costume
  • Rumple looked like Mr. Gold

I don't think Adam meant the cancer pics were "stolen". He meants the paparazzi/fan shoots in general. But he shouldn't have used that word, it has negative connotations when most of the pics are from fans who love the show and just wanna see the cast and filming.

I am a CSer, but I don't need to see Hook as a father figure - in fact, I'd prefer it didn't go that way at least not now. IF Hook and Emma start a relationship and it develops organically over time, so be it. BUT I don't think the spoilers we've seen to date support the fear that Hook is replacing Neal - Hook is having a few conversations with Henry! Big deal! Belle and Neal are having a few conversations and scenes together, shall we all jump to the conclusion that they are starting an illicit affair?! I think everyone needs to chill! (CAVEAT: not referring to anyone here! We've mostly been rational. More referring to the hysteria on twitter and, I imagine though I'm not on it, tumblr).
Well said. Chill'in

And who said anything about Neal being dead? We still don't know that for sure.
Frankly, it would be refreshing for Henry to act out a bit as any normal 11 year old boy. He's too tightly put together so I'm actually looking forward to his swiping the keys for a joy ride or any other boyish antics up his snotty sleeve.

The person who reported the scenes jumped to that conclusion because it is something she wants to happen, not because it actually did.
Exactly. Why all the hyper-ventilating? Are two series regulars not allowed to share scenes, walk side-by-side, exchange dialogue without assuming it's a slight or hostile takeover of one's parentage?

As a mom of 3 boys, male influences are a good thing for boys. Whether they are coaches, neighbors, friends or blood relatives if they can impart wisdom or offer tutelage in their area of expertise then LET THEM!! It doesn't make their dad any less of a father. They are not usurping power or love from their biological father! On the contrary, the more the merrier, and as a mom, we should seek these men out for our sons. Boys need to learn from men about how to become a man. Good masculine role models for boys are a very good thing.

Wonder if E&A's planning a flashback in the vein of "Welcome to Storybrooke" episode before Emma arrived or season 1 Emma/Henry.

I don't believe spoilers infer Henry not remembering. It's some posters (including myself) pure speculation as some things just don't quite add up. But I most likely am wrong and want to lay it on the table and clear up the confusion.

And yeah, until we know what Henry and Hook's scenes were about, we can't assume Hook is taking a parental role there. It's possible, sure, but we can't actually know that for sure since we don't know what the scenes they filmed were about at this point.

It does seem like Henry might be acting out a bit, given his argument with Emma here and the truck joyride filmed for an earlier episode. Curious where they're taking this with Emma and Henry.
Thanks for the picture. Anyone noticed Emma is dressed very different. Her clothing is darker, and a lot more skirts - I like it.
For the joyride part, see above post.

Not sure what you are asking.

Question about the fan? Question to Adam? Set crew or Neal dying? Or firing the set crew?

That someone has confirmed Neal is the death. I'm not 100% up-to-date on spoilers, just wondering if he's been confirmed as dead, or if it's still just speculation.

Wow, that tweet. I get that fans are passionate, and that a crew member shouldn't be confirming stuff like that (who knows what he/she actually said), but tweeting Adam in the hope of getting someone fired is too far. This is a real person with a real job who possibly just made a passing remark.

If they confirmed it, and Adam was on Twitter last night telling everyone who was worried that the pics were stolen, and the they we misguided just irks me.

Yes Adam should fire them, but Adam should also not give hope or tell people things that aren't true. Why give Neal fans hope? It really woudl ahve been better to not say a word than to say that the people commenting on the pics were misguided.

They may be a person with a real job, etc. But if they did confirm the death, they broke a confidentiality agreement they signed when accepting that job.

Thanks for the new thread.

I don't like to see anyone lose their job but the crew should not be giving out information like that. That is, imo, an offense you could be fired for. But do we really know someone actually said this or was someone making it up? It's really hard to tell.

I do wonder about that PA. Have we heard anything from her? The one who first said that someone was being killed off. They cannot give spoilers out like that and still continue working there.

I mean I think we, most of us, strongly suspect it's Neal but Adam is kind of trying in a subtle way to make people think it's not him. Problem is if it turns out to be him there's going to be more anger, imo, that he raised their hopes.

I wish they would show us that third panel.

You know how rumours get started, though - someone asks a crew member a question, they make a joke, or respond vaguely, it's intrepreted some way and then the next thing you know the death is "confirmed" and it's all over the internet.

Like some weird, global, 21st century version of "telephone."

My point is, it's fourth hand info at this point - we don't really know what the crew member said, nor are we likely to, so calling for firing seems harsh. Like Serenachan said, it's a real person, with a reputation and a career.

You can't just go around firing someone. Especially on a tweet that one of us could send Adam saying a friend of a fan was on set yesterday and a crew member confirmed this and this. That's just wrong. I'm not saying crew members should be giving out any spoilers but you better have something more concrete than a tweet demanding someone's firing. I don't understand this fandom sometimes.
