I don't want them to write Haley in bad light so Nathan gets to be in a better one. I'm saying, who beside Nathan is messing up and screwing? no one but him and sometimes Brooke. But other characters this season are somehow flawless, which isnt so realistic.
I mean, when you have someone screwing up on one hand and someone perfect and flawless on the other, ofcourse the one who screws up, whether he screws up unintentionally or not, and whether it's with a good intention or not, he is in the bad light.

I want the writers to fix their writing, i just want this poor poor way of writing Nathan to stop, because look at most of NHers here at this board, you are cutting his head off because of everything he did and did not do, the promo is a HUGE example. almost half of the NH thread was wasted on bashing, attacking and manips mocking Nathan, absolutely disrespecting any Nathan fan who goes there, and for what? for a manip promo? even if some believe it's not, why can't they wait and see till the episode airs, or it's just fan bashing and in the process offending the characters fans.

And before anyone accuses me of not liking others opinions, it's not about that. Everyone is free to voice their opinion, and i respect that, but it's how some voice their opinion that really bothers many posters here.

I would say no. If theres one thing this show has proved, it is that Nathan and Haley are meant to be together and will be together forever. If the writers ever thought of going that route Id strangle them. In my opinion its a total diss to the Naley fans, like myself, that have been with them since season 1. All the dumb Nathan bashing is cuz of the SL's and has nothing to do with his character at all.

I think this seems to be the pattern though. Some characters don't screw up at all in some seasons while in other seasons that's all they pretty much do.

In season 1 they have Lucas screwing up with both Peyton and Brooke. Have Peyton screwing up with Brooke. Brooke is the victim. Nathan becomes the good guy.

In season 2 Haley is screwing up and Nathan is the victim. Brooke flawless/the good girl.

In season 3 Peyton and Lucas screwing up again. Brooke's the victim.

In season 4 Nathan screwing up. Haley's the victim. Brooke screwing up. Peyton the victim. Lucas, Haley, Peyton flawless.

Comment on Nathan's negative actions isn't bashing. Bashing is saying you hate him, he's the worst character ever or you wish they would just get rid of him for no valid reason. But joking about his sexual prowess or how the writers have all the female characters infatuated with him isn't bashing IMO, it's venting. It's just a release because we're frustated by the current depiction of Nathan and his character isn't the only one getting complaints. I love Nathan and a lot of the others but that doesn't mean I'm not going to complain about faults I find in the characters. This board is for discussion of OTH in general and spoilers, it doesn't necessarily have to be all positive. That's what the Romantics and other shipping boards are for.

And again you didn't get the part where i said, i have NO problem at all with opnions, i mean, it's a free board, we say whatever we want, nagative and postivie is sure a welcom thing here, but come on, things were said not only about his sexual past but about everything he did and didnt do, and if it's not you, then it's others. Seriously the NH thread was Nathan bashing thread, i don't even know how it's supposed to be a NH thread, when the other half was being trashed like this.
