Mikael has to stay the bad guy. I love Sebastian because he rocks as the villain. I don't want them making Mikael a fluffy cartoon villain

^ It's not just that she doesn't know how to write it, but it's that she shouldn't attempt it with his character. Mikael already has the best backstory that he deserves. I mean you feel bad that his wife cheated on him and that then Klaus murdered her, but then you see how he treated his children (especially Klaus) while human. You get the sympathetic side, but it doesn't overpower his dickheaded-ness. Mikael is a great villain and should never be attempted to redeem just so he stays around.
