The Neal/Tamara relationship it's really confusing. From BTS pictures it seems they have been together for some months and Neal didn't seem happy in 2x01. But he says he needs her....it's just weird.

I definitely buy Hook is also Pan. It makes sense, and it would be very interesting and it would go along with the Jekyll and Hyde double personalities the show likes to portray well.

Killian Jones was Peter Pan as a little boy and left Neverland to grow up but not before leaving Felix in charge of the Lost Boys aka Ruffio and met Milah. Came back to Neverland as Captain Hook solely to buy time till he killed Gold.

In the tale of Peter Pan, Hook is used as a symbol of Pan's adulthood that he's running away from. Till the end when he dubs the Captain's hat and the JR.

We will not see Hooks background till S3 which is when Pan will be coming into the picture, it's not really farfetch'd to think they're the same person.

As well as the relationship between Bae and Hook, I do believe that he watched over Bae in Milah's honor while in Neverland. He may have took Bae under his wing and taught him how to sail the ship, etc.
