Just watched the episode. So it looks like that image we saw of Charming (or James) at Snow's palace was either a cut scene or they were filming another episode after all.
Also it makes sense that Regina was also the EQ's name. Her father's name was the only other one to continue in our world. She wouldn't need a new name as she's running the curse. __________________

Yeah. I'm convinced now he was the real Prince James and he wouldn't have shared a scene with Snow. It just doesn't make any sense at all that it would have been Charming, not with the timeline.
