Inside 'NCIS' Episode 400

Spoiler:

I love that we're getting backstory of these two & finding out how they first met

However I have one issue - the episode is contradicting what they've already told us if they're saying they met in 1980. I'm watching Hiatus Part 1 right now (to check ) & Ducky states that he doesn't know much about Gibbs' life before they met. This in a discussion about Gibbs being in a coma after Desert Storm which would've been in 1991. Gibbs also wakes up & says he doesn't know Ducky, but Ducky would look differently now so that can make some sense.

In Hiatus Part 2 Ducky doesn't necessarily say he doesn't know Shannon, but he didn't know they married & had a child. But it is also said that Gibbs & Shannon married in 1982 so that can be explained.
