it is hard to see him as anything else, especially for the people who have watched/loved him for years.

She rolled her eyes a couple times at Luke, so I don't think she adored him before the proposal or anything, lol. But man, she was PISSED about that scene. I mean, my mom does not like surprises and tends to think most public proposals are tacky, so that likely didn't help, but it was that the kids were there, and that a man who has children would propose to a woman who has children before even discussing it ahead of time. Like, I feel like Callie apparently wasn't aware that that's general social etiquette, lol. You don't propose to someone who has kids out of the blue, because it's something you need to discuss the impact of.

My mom's favorite all-time comment of anything ever was when I showed her the Veronica Mars movie trailer and she said "Well, obviously she has to get back with Logan. She can't stay with Piz and his Republican haircut." LOLOLOL. I don't even know what that means- Chris Lowell's hair certainly looked better than it did in the show- but I laughed for like a half-hour regardless.
