The moment I saw the pic of Phoebe being comforted I actually thought it might've been Kyle since he's been filming I hadn't even given a thought to it being Billie especially given her giving birth not long before.
Billie's death opens the question of how/why it happens and who'll get custody of her baby. Would it be Irene, Leah/VJ or Ash? __________________

 They seem to be killing off a lot of people lately - no other way for them to exit the show? It would be good if it's some fake thing they do for some reason, but I guess more likely it's not. |

I don't know anything about the contract status Tessa was under but I'm surprised they'd kill Billie off when they've done so much to plant her into the summer bay community what with having a sibling (Ash) in the bay, dating the son of a long-term resident (Leah) and giving birth to the grandchild of another long-term resident (Irene).

But if it was cancer, it would not happen within a month or so. That's something that would picked up since she would get checkups.
Shark attack seems likely given she is a surfer. |

Evie is going a bit cray cray
