Spencer would say that before they got together though, to give people hope. Now that they're together, they have to start throwing out that option to create the suspense. It's all so thought out and done on purpose.

It is interesting how they say all that things in question form. Would they grow apart? Would they menage? Would they be together? Would Ashley be supportive?

guys let's hope that CC stays together to the end of eppy 20. I have this sense of impending doom that the show isn't going beyond the next ten episodes next spring. I would hate the show to end the way KyleXY did.

IF they are filming eppys now and know how low the ratings have been, could they have a "what in case it all ends" episode for the season finale?

I know that they are filming now but something in my gut tells me that they are going to go on a short hiatus around the holidays. Maybe ending at like episode 18 or something. And then they'll wait to do 19 and 20 after January 25th when the new ratings come out. If the ratings continue to be bad then they'll write those shows as the series finale. But if they go up then they may renew for another season and just end with some cliffhanger like the other finales. According to SMF's dad they haven't really said a yay or a nay to a season 4 or another chapter yet. I think they are hoping the new time slot and the better lead ins of TSLOTAT and MIOBI will increase ratings.

Hi, Im new here

Im a recent addicted and totally obsessed with GREEK fan and if this next chapter is the last one that would be horrible in part because according to Ausiello over at ew.com, ABC Family made the writers/execs put off the Casey & Cappie reunion, they had it planned for the first episode of Season 3 (as you could assume after the end of the world party) because apperently they were concerned of people's interest in the show without the will they/wont they factor. Maybe the opposite happened ? - people got fed up of waiting and gave up? I will DIE if we only get 1 chapter of Casey & Cappie together BECAUSE of this stupid network that put it off AND then canceled it..All I know is they better promote the heck out of it between now and January 25th so everyone who knows about the show knows the new time and the return date!!! I think it's unfair that the main and if not only thing they look at in terms of renewing a show is the ratings...so many people from all over the world watch shows online now...

That's very true. I wish they didn't base shows just on ratings either. Greek is always in the top ten on itunes for TV show downloads usually for a couple of days after the episode premeires on a Monday. ABC Family may take this into consideration but I don't know. A lot of people are blaming Gossip Girl for Greek's bad ratings because it was on at the same time this last chapter and more people chose to watch GG live on TV and Greek later online. With the next chapter returning at a time where it doesn't have to compete with GG I think they are hoping a boost in ratings.

I still try to keep my hopes up though. According to ratings reports chapter four started with a .9 rating and ended with a .7 and they renewed it for another season with those numbers. Chapter five started at a 1.21 and ended around a .7 again. I'm hopeful that chapter 6 will start off with over a million viewers and we'll get another season. And if you read the spoilers I think the writers are planning for it too. I believe there is like a Mardi Gras party in episode 17. I don't see them going from that to graduation and ending the show 3 episodes later if Mardi Gras is in 17 but you never know.

I guess the thing I'm most upset with is that Greek seems to be such an under-appreciated show. The writing is amazing. There are not many shows out there that have the perfect balance of comedy, romance and drama like Greek has. I think if more people watched it they would see how great it really is.

Can someone tell me what is "sides", and how do you find out spoilers from them? Is there any spoilers for episode 17? Something about Cappie's major?
I think that they will make it very long, so we will see graduation at next season.

Wow I didn't realize that the ratings were that low and seem to have a tendency to go down by the end of the season..If I remember what I read recently aren't we around 0.8 for the end of chapter 5? So it's not particularly bad then compared to usually and we haven't gotten canceled yet..that reassures me a little!!

It is definetly an underappreciated show. The writing is amazing, the references to other shows or movies is just hilarious and the characters are freaken awesome, particularly Cappie, probably one of the most original and interesting characters I've ever seen on tv.
One question though: When do we find out if we get a 4th season or 7th chapter? is it in May?

According to SMF's dad we may know something by the end of this year. But I'm thinking it will probably be late January/early February or something. I would like to think that they want to get a few episodes in to look at the ratings before they make a decision but I'm not sure. I just really hope it stays around. Greek is my favorite show hands down. And even though I would be totally sad if it ended after this next chapter I would be less upset if they did give us some closure. I would like to see the final episode like a flashforward episode where it's maybe like 5 years after graduation and we see where all the characters are and who is with who.

New sides for Episode 17 are up!

The episode is called "The Big Easy" It appears to be mostly about a KT Mardi Gras party and Casey takin her LSAT test.

There is not a whole lot in the sides. There is a little convo between Katherine and Rusty and at the end it says he takes her hand so looks like a budding romance there

Ashleigh and Rebecca show up at the Mardi Gras party at the KT house. Rebecca complains she was supposed to be hanging out with Evan while Ashleigh complains she was supposed to be hanging out with Pete. Rebecca thinks Evan is at some medical conference. Ashleigh makes the comment that they are going to just stay long enough to congratulate Casey on her test.

There is another side where Casey is taking her LSAT test. They have some voice-overs of her going through the questions in her head and then her mind starts to trail off about Cappie. "Why hasn't Cappie declared a major? I mean, I knew what I was getting into, but is he ever going to leave CRU? Why would he lie to me?" Sounds like some trouble in paradise......

The last side has Evan working one of the bars at the Mardi Gras party in a mask so he wouldn't be noticed....this is odd to me, not sure what is going on here. It says that there is a tip jar overflowing next to him so maybe it has something to do with him making some money? Anyway, he is talking with Calvin and sees Rebecca talking to a guy at the end of the bar and goes up to her and the guy she's talking to. The side ends there though. Oh and it mentions that Evan is shirtless during this scene for anyone interested.....haha.

I hope Casey does not fail her exam simply because she can't stop worrying about Cappie not choosing a major yet.

I can see her blaming him later!

Hmmm. Maybe Rebecca and Evan are together. Kind of odd after Rebecca sleeping with Beaver in like the prior episode. Weird.

I just hope the writers will not break up Cappie and Casey. They know the ratings are pretty bad. They know the chances for a season four are very low right now. Surely, they cannot end the show with CC apart?

Scott's father thinks they might hear whether there is another season before the new year. Which won't be good since then it's unlikely.

ABC Family should wait till the NEW episodes air to make a decision. NOT before.

A: Good question. I think he'll always love Casey, and he just started becoming friends with Evan again. We'll see where that goes. Bottom line is that he'll always love Casey.

A: I think Casey wants to do something important, where she can make a difference. Maybe graduate school ... or something like government or law.

Like someone said before- I don't know how they gonna justify them breaking up. Does that mean that Evan was right, and that "wire" can not heal itself anymore...
