it was inevitable that it was going to be a problem, even though Casey obviously doesn't see it as this huge flaw anymore it's still going to be an issue. And I'm glad, definitely the good, natural kind of drama. And I like that it's obviously not going to be easy for him, he isn't suddenly deciding he really wants to buckle down and decide on a career.

Nice Spencer interview. I like that she says that she wants for Casey to be with Cappie.

And how both Scott and Spencer tried to make the reunion kiss everything the fans can enjoy. They did an awesome job.

From the sides, there are a couple of episodes that deal with the Cappie and Casey career situation.

First when that younger adviser helps out Casey, in that episode, CC do talk a little about their career choices.

Then in episode 16, Cappie honestly wants to pick his major finally. For himself as well.

And just because Cap's adviser is that party boy person. The script sides do make it sound like Cappie learns something from the adviser. Something that will help him move forward. What he learns I think might help the CC relationship even more.

Hmm I don't know, I think the moment that's mentioned in the sides when Tom talks about never being able to go back once you've left is going to push him in the wrong direction, heh. He's seeing this guy who really misses this life but can't do anything about it now and that's bound to depress him rather than inspire him.

I do think Cappie genuinely wants to choose a major, but he's not exactly coming up with sensible suggestions with Rusty

I think he's just hoping to procrastinate with it as long as possible.

No, no flashbacks unfortunately. Ashleigh and Casey meet up with Sunny, Casey's freshman year roommate somewhere on campus and she talks about how it's nice to see Casey and Ashleigh still get along because she doesn't really talk to anyone from freshman year. But it seems like Ashleigh and Casey are fighting at this point because Casey accuses Ashleigh of being jealous of Katherine and then Ashleigh storms off in one direction and Casey in the other.

Aw, a Casey/Ash fight that lasts longer than an episode? Well, there was the one in S1, but that was two whole episodes. Hopefully this doesn't last as long as the Rebecca/Ash one. I kinda wanted any fight/jealous to be about Casey ditching her for Cappie or something like that, since I always wondered what Ashleigh thought about when Casey was always gushing about freshmen year and being besties with Cappie and Evan. I know they're going for Ash being jealous that Casey is getting closer to Katherine, but I'm going to fanwank and pretend that she accused of being jealous of Katherine in regards to Rusty, lol.

That was my impression too. I think this is something that Cappie is going to have to come to on his own in the end. Rusty, Casey, and others might try to help but ultimately it has to be his own decision.

I think seeing Casey interacting with someone like Joel (platonically, hopefully) might inspire him to get his act together. Cappie needs to realize that your life doesn't end when you graduate, especially if you find something inspiring to do with it. He just needs to figure out what that is.

I can not believe that they will break them after all for the same reason that Evan say they wont work. We need to wait until episode 17.

looks like we know where all the Evan-Cappie hatred will be coming from this next chapter, and I doubt Casey is happy that Evan got 3 KT's expelled just to regain control of his house.

I'm sure the scene where he tells her its her fault that they aren't friends again is in regard to her idea for the KTs/OXs to team up against Officer Huck.

I think it'd be hilarious if Ashleigh was jealous of Katherine in regards to Rusty and not b/c Casey and Katherine were becoming closer, that'd be weird to think about Ashleigh and Rusty, but it'd be hilarious and bring a ton of awkward moments.

Definitely glad to see Cappie isn't going to change who he is just so he'll and Casey can be together, and glad to see that the drama for those 2 will be more internal and not external(i.e. Evan).

Looking forward to the new chapter, Jan 25th is a long way away.

I do get the sense that Cappie DOES learn something from this adviser.

I hope he will see in the end...

Waw... I have just realize that we have 4 more episodes to find out what happens.. Hm, I am realy hoping they wouldn't spoil it all... I am afraid of finale. There is two possible ways- spiting CC b/c of school, or keep them together, graduating. Please, tell us when you find out something new from the sides.

It looks like there's going to be a Mardi Gras party in 3x17, so it's still February. My guess is they'll end the season at Spring Break again. They'll want to squeeze one more chapter out before Casey and Evan graduate.
