Don't worry, Anita. I'm sure Sebastian will be too busy with Leighton to interrupt Chace and Ed. Or maybe Sebastian can film...?

Sebastian plays Carter and is Chace's real-life bestie, Nnenna.

Haha, Nnenna, I'm afraid some do. And you're right, Shu. The SN sex scene intercut with Chuck raping and Blair crying is not the most positive way to show NS. It's worse than NB constantly being intercut by Serena or Chuck looming in the camera frame, although both things lead me to believe neither couple is endgame.
exactly I was simply shocked kind of like WTF? This is how they chose to present NS...(I had just finished book one at that point)

If they have to split DS I want me some Serena/Carter

Are you serious? Hes dating Leighton? Thats very sad, there goes me Ed/Leighton ship. Is he on GG for long? I do hope hes not a permanent cast...

I'm thinking that if they make Carter a main cast and keep him and Nate straight, I think we'll have enough lead men (for the girls) to allow Chuck/Dan to swing the other way together.

Thanks, didn't know that. I also hope he does come back, I liked the character and actor. Also, if Serena has to have a next relationship, he's my preferred choice {and really how can they mention Santorini and not tell me more). But I'm not holding my breath, can't remember the last show I watched where I got my preferred relationships onscreen for a reasonable length of time.

As an NS fan, I'd have to say that they could have done their debut as a ship a little more with effort but I keep thinking...

Well, at least they got the sex thing off the way. This time, they focus on something that they already had and still do... give time to work on themselves separately that when they do finally get together, they can make up for everything. So that this time, no one can accuse them of being just in it for the sex.
