She had said before that she wished Chuck wasn't gay in the books and that she had thought of CB

I guess this is her way of making it happen. Chuck goes to a school where they make him straight and he comes back to Blair sulking in a bar and they hook up. Oh love you Cecily!

DS and CB do not end up together in the book

Blair and Serena go off on vacation. No one ends up with no one. CB hook up in this book, and date for a bit, and I have no idea about DS.

Hmm.. CB dating for a bit is fine, since Chuck was technically bisexual (even though - obviously - he was actually gay). But them ending up together would be stretching it, so I guess it's good it ends up with SB together, lol. And Nate alone. As it should be.

I can't see CB or DS in the books to be honest. I've been a religious reader of them, and neither would work. I guess a minor CB hook up makes sense just because of who they are in the books, but DS was deader than a doornail, and Vanessa is Dan's soul mate. It's not even the same characters though if they effed the books like that I for one won't be buying the last one or even reading it. They always revolved around BNS and always should. I'm okay with SB ending up together and Nate alone, because between the three they could never choose, and that was clear from the very beginning.

It's so weird she put CB in the books. I don't read them but I've heard tidbits about it (all of which didn't interest me). I guess Cecily loves C and CB from the show?

i haven't read the last book. I think its sorta effed up to be honest. either way i could careless cause i loathe the book characters. i just thought it was LOL
