I’d like to remind you all that this is the main Gilmore Girls spoiler thread, and as such, posters from various shipper groups are free to post here, so if you see someone saying something that you don’t like about “your” favorite character or couple, don’t start fighting with them on this thread, and don’t go into a Gilmore Girls shipper thread if you don’t like the couple that the shipper thread is for. People are free to criticize upcoming events on Gilmore Girls as they read the upcoming spoilers, but don’t use this thread as a free-for-all to bash any characters or couples that you don’t like, or their fans, or you’ll find that you’ll be deprived of the privilege of reading and speculating about Gilmore Girls spoilers again here. Episode 7.08 - Introducing Lorelai Planetarium

The CW: LORELAI TELLS RORY THE NEWS - Lorelai (Lauren Graham) invites Rory (Alexis Bledel) over to dinner to tell her that she and Christopher (David Sutcliffe) got married in Paris. Rory pretends to be thrilled while Christopher is in the room, but later tells Lorelai how hurt and angry she really is. Back in town for the start-up of his new internet company, Logan (Matt Czuchry) invites Rory to the launch party, where she meets a magazine editor who suggests she write an article on the event. Rory writes a judgmental article, describing the guests as spoiled elitists. Logan is hurt and angry, accusing Rory of hypocrisy since she is living rent-free in his apartment. Defensive at first, Rory realizes she is living a double standard and decides to find her own apartment. Meanwhile, when April (Vanessa Marano) faces a medical emergency, a frantic Luke (Scott Patterson) turns to Lorelai for help. Lee Shallat Chemel directed the episode written by Jennie Snyder.

TV Guide: Lorelai and Chris arrange a dinner so they can tell their big news to Rory, who puts on a happy face for her dad but tells her mom she's angry. Elsewhere, Logan surprises Rory with a visit and an announcement that he's relocating to New York to start an Internet company; and Luke calls Lorelai when April becomes sick. Bobby: Vanessa Branch.

TheCW: STARS HOLLOW THROWS A "KNIT-A-THON" — When Christopher (David Sutcliffe) questions Lorelai (Lauren Graham) about why she has avoided involving him in the daily life of Stars Hollow, she admits her concern that her old friends may not accept him. Christopher makes an effort to bond with the townspeople, and Lorelai brings him to the town knit-a-thon, where his well-intentioned gesture brings the event to an early end. When Olivia (Michelle Ongkingo) throws a 2002-themed birthday party for Lucy (Krysten Ritter), Rory (Alexis Bledel) gets her chance to confront Marty about his coldness toward her. Finally, Luke (Scott Patterson) is touched by the birth of Liz (Kathleen Wilhoite) and T.J.’s (Michael DeLuise) baby, and when he learns that Anna (Sherilyn Fenn) is planning to move to New Mexico with April (Vanessa Marano), he demands equal rights as a parent. Liza Weil also stars. Kenny Ortega directed the episode written by David Grae.

TVGuide:Stars Hollow prepares for a knitathon and Lorelai, who's participating, worries that the townsfolk aren't ready to accept her and Christopher as a couple; Anna stuns Luke when she tells him that she and April are moving to New Mexico; Rory and her friends throw Lucy a 2002-themed birthday party, where Rory finally confronts Marty about his indifference toward her; and T.J. tells Luke that Liz, who's ready to give birth at any moment, wants to have the baby at home.

From Katie: Miss Patty gives Chris a 'welcome wagon' full of stuff from local businesses. She and Babette are polite, but they are not exactly warm and friendly. Chris thinks it went well, but Lorelai senses the tension and isn't happy. Luke sees them from the diner, and it hurts to see them together.

TheCW: LUKE AND CHRISTOPHER COME TO BLOWS — Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) share a sweet moment when Luke introduces her to Liz’s new baby. Christopher (David Sutcliffe) witnesses the scene and it adds to his concern that Lorelai isn’t fully committed to their marriage. The next day, Lorelai and Christopher get into a fight over whether they should exchange vows at the elaborate wedding party Emily (Kelly Bishop) is throwing for them. Luke contacts a lawyer over his custody troubles with Anna, then runs into Christopher and the two have an ugly confrontation in the streets of Stars Hollow. Meanwhile, when Logan (Matt Czuchry) discovers that Rory and Marty (Wayne Wilcox) have been pretending that they just met, rather than admitting their previous friendship to Lucy (Krysten Ritter), he reveals the truth to Lucy. Finally, Emily gives Lorelai a warning about her marriage. Sean Gunn also stars. Jackson Douglas directed the episode written by David Rosenthal.

He disappeared behind the camera set up, but whatever goes down involves Lorelai and Chris because after a few minutes they walked off in the direction Luke had come from and Lorelai had her arm around Chris. Luke was wearing his green coat and the black hat.

Tanja we don't know if Luke goes on a 2nd date with Susan and IMDB has been wrong before.

IMO Luke is just back from the lawyer (something didn't go right), Chris is on the way to the party and looking to pick a fight.

Maybe he gives her a second chance after he sees Lor and Chris. I don't know or Anna brings her back because she knows she sleeps with every father and Anna accuses Luke of sleeping with her. Who knows.

'Cause he's jealous of Luke and Lorelai renewed friendship and can't handle it.

We don't know why or who starts things.

OT - since I'm a week behind in watching DH I've only just watch the supermarket hostage ep, LOVED IT!

But Luke looks like he´s pissed at Chriss too. But why ??? I just can´t imagine it´s because of something Chriss said to him....that´s not Luke....

I in no way am flaming Marty or well that is not my intention. All I feel about this matter is that Marty is the one who messed up and I don't think we can blame Logan for the way he deals with Marty's mess up.

Oh dear god this is a moment - take note. Aside from the bolded part (because I really don't think this is OOC for Marty), I agree with Shanti.

As for Logan, whether or not his motives are noble or intentional, if that were me, I would most definitely NOT go along with it. And, when you're in a group involving said participants, during conversation you either go along with it or not. It's pretty difficult to converse as a group by choosing not to take a side.

If I were Logan, I'd tell Rory how stupid she's being and then just chat with Lucy in a way where it makes it clear that all three of them (Logan, Rory and Marty) knew each other from before. Who cares what Marty things.

[Marty jumps in--he has a look of wanting to say more--but all he says is...]

[Lucy looks at him with fire in her eyes. She turns away from Logan, Rory, and Marty. She puts on her patent-leather burgandy coat and a orange leather hat that looks like it came directly from the 70s. As she slowly puts on her gloves. She says...}

LUCY: "**** YOU MARTY. **** YOU RORY...but it's okay. We can totally get past this..."

[Rory looks confused, but flashes a thin smile anyway]

LUCY: "**** YOU LOGAN, but thanks for letting me know my boyfriend was being such a lying douche."

[Logan looks more confused than Rory]

LOGAN: "Okay. Sure. No problem."

[Lucy finishes putting on her gloves}

LUCY: "SHALOM BITCHES!"

[Lucy walks out of her own apartment. The scene ends with Lucy shutting the door, looking confused as to why she was the one to leave, but she smiles anyway. Since she knows that grand exits only happen few times in life, and she had just made a totally excellent one.]

END OF SCENE.

ETA: Tazz, it's called an act of contrition. Once one of those happens, then the forest should start THUMBLIN THUMBLING. THE FOREST WILL START THUMBLING DOWN! THE FOREST! WILL START THUMBLING THUMBLING...THUMBLING THUMBLING!

I loved the whole deleted scene, but I must say the grand exit is my favourite part
