"Take this DIGNITY!" "Stop it! My dignity cannot handle such a whoopin!"

Sandra, it's better to be hurt by a truth, then to live a lie. Marty and Rory are perpetrating some ****, that only Logan can break his foot off in. Rory is really going to act a fool...because of Marty? Logan deserves better than that...Lucy does as well.

I suspected before that Marty and Rory's pretense about not knowing each other will cause them both trouble. Because why lie, if it is not to cover up something? In Marty's case, it was probably to cover up his feelings for Rory (or he was just being stupid)...and Rory just followed along. But to Logan and Lucy (and me), the pretense is strange and arouses suspicion.

Logan may have revealed the truth to Lucy to expose Marty, not Rory (as it was Marty who started the pretense), and to just end the charade as Rory could not do so herself. But I don't know the status of Rory and Logan's relationship at this point (are they separated? Angry with each other?), so I'm not sure Logan doesn't do this to hurt Rory, in a way.

Still, even with the ambiguous epi description...HOORAY for Logan appearing in 7.10! It seems possible that they don't break-up after all, in 7.08.

Jason, Logan's pulling a Mitchum and cutting through the bs that Marty and Rory by going along with his idiocy, have created. The DSR said unusual. Well, Logan knew Marty had a thing for Rory. I would guess he figures out he still has a thing for her. Interestingly it would appear they're not breaking up on Tuesday. I had prepared myself for that. Not sure what this portends, longer term.

Though I'm ever so grateful for Logan being around. The episode sounds really packed and fun.

That's true Jason, the truth is better than living a lie, even if it hurts, but I think Logan is not doing it for Lucy's sake, but for his own reasons.
It would have been better for Logan to confront Rory or Marty alone, to give them the chance to tell Lucy the truth on their own though.

"What do you want?" "Tacos." "Tacos?" "Yes, tacos."

Yes, hooray for Logan in 10, and I have no idea what the status of VOLTRON is at this point. However, this being Logan, he's most likely sick of Rory and Marty's bull****. Which leads to him busting both of them. This is the best that I can figure at this point.

ETA: Laura, yeah! Sandra, The Young Mr. Huntzberger is not one for BULL****. This being BULL****. He's going to break his foot off in it. Rory and Marty are too damn smart to be caught up in these sort of shenanigans.

No new set for Rory? So she's not moving out?

um, has this been brought over yet?

BuddyTV - Exclusive Interview: David S. Rosenthal, Head Writer and Executive Producer on Gilmore Girls

There's no real spoilers. More info about his view on the characters and how he doesn't read the spoiler sites, but loves how invested we are and his "no comment" in the last question... it scares me. I now have no clue what this man's, "no comment"s mean.

Thanks for the info of the tour, so no new set for Rory, either she's still living with Logan, or she's back in Stars Hollow.

Jason, Logan had his own fare share of Bull****.
Logan telling Lucy will only resort in all sorts of fights between the couples. Confronting first Marty or Rory would have been the better solution, instead of telling Lucy to get some kind of revenge.

I agree with you. What does Logan have to gain by telling Lucy? He'll only be hurting Lucy, and maybe Marty. If he's taking a stab at Marty because of Rory, it seems vindictive and immature.

I would have preferred that Logan speak to Rory to find out what is going on. If they (R/L) are on the outs then it would seem that his speaking to Lucy is malicious. If Logan is with Rory then he might say something inadvertantly, not realizing that Marty is still hung up on Rory. Kind of .."Hey Marty, why are you acting as if you don't know Rory that well. Weren't you two good friends a couple of years ago?" Lucy could overhear this. If he is just cutting through the bull**** then he is not very tactful about it. What will he accomplish by exposing Rory and Marty other than to hurt them and Lucy as well.

Thanks for the info Wheredidtheanvilsgo! It's always nice when someone bothers to ask for R/L information. Much appreciated.

My take on the epi description is this, if Logan did let the cat out of the bag intentionally, then EPB would have jumped right on it. I think either

A. -Logan is drunk or has been drinking (I'm feeling a Christmas party, there has to be something that gets them all together), and unintentionally mentions something in the past regarding when He, Marty, and Rory went out to dinner.

B. -Logan arrives late to said party, and it is Lucy that recognizes him (since we had that nice little scene of Rory sharing her photos with her friends, they should know what he looks like) and comes to introduce herself and Marty. Logan, not knowing that he and Rory are pretending to not know each other, says hi to Marty in a "clearly we've met before" way, and Lucy asks about it, so Logan, not realizing he is doing anything wrong, explains how the three of them know each other.

This could, like Jason suggested, lead to some more Merry Fisticuffs, as Marty gets pissed at Logan for spilling the beans and making him look like a loser.
