| Just because she said it doesn't mean she means it, and even if she means it, it doesn't mean that she loves him as much or like she loves Luke. I think that's probably why Christopher gets in a fight with Luke. Seriously though. Christopher may be taller, but have you seen Luke's arms. The dude is ripped. I loved the episode I have to say. DS & LG were ON. They were charming, witty & funny the entire episode. Stupid and self absorbed, lets get married w/o the kid, but everything was well written and flawlessly executed. I loved the pizza story. Too cute. Lane/Zack/Mrs. Kim/Brian, soooooooooo funny. HILARIOUS! Marty, that was odd and seemed totally uncalled for. I'm reserving judgement. Not sure what's going on there. As for Rory...I put my thoughts in the R/L thread. I think she's imploding things next week before Logan can tell her he doesn't see them as a long haul, lifelong, kinda thing. That she can't be Rory Gilmore, or who she's always thought she wanted to be and be with Logan, so she's going to preemptively screw things up. And she's very wrong. | |||

| Mickey, my name is Jason. The person you were refering to is Hawk. Hawk is very much against Luke and Chris settling things with their fists. While I am not about smacking people upside the head. Since, really, it seldom if ever solves anything. There are rare occassions in life, really rare, when words do not work. This would appear to be one of those moments between Luke and Chris. However, if this were my world, that fight would be the start of a begruding respect between the two of them. If you have no idea how that works...be glad that you dont. | |||

| Oh, and Lorelai does love Chris, that was clear. She said it first, with no prompting. She loves him. Differently from Luke, but she loves him. Shouldn't have married him, at least not tonight. But she does love him. And she enjoys sex with him as well. Quite a bit. | |||

| I have a theory. I haven't posted for awhile, so maybe this has been said, but did anyone else find Lorelai's nonstop talking in "Go Bulldogs" extremely annoying? I was surprised Chris didn't pop her in the mouth - I wanted to. At first I just put it down to the change of writers, but now I wonder if it was meant as a sign that all is not well. Although Lorelai is used to being able to be her own crazy self around Chris - in retrospect, she seemed desperate to be happy. The more she talks about nothing, the less L/C talk about their relationship. This seems even more likely after watching "French Twist". Focused on Gigi's meeting with Sherry, then swept up in the romance of Paris - once again, L/C have managed to bypass the necessary in favor of the sentimental. She doesn't want the man sitting across that bistro table - she wants the boy that she knew long ago. I realize that we're only seeing snippets of their time together as a couple, but my guess is that they've spent precious little time discussing their current situation (I believe that because they had an argument over Gigi going to Paris, which indicates they don't usually talk about a lot of deep things). Anyway, as the earlier poster noted, all looked happy in the L/C world until that final "oh, crap!!! what did I do?!!" look. As for what happens in the future, I hope that Chris gets the crap kicked out of him by Luke. It would be a payback for Chris' behavior in Wedding Bell Blues. He needs to know the fear of an ex's possible involvement. But that's just MO. | |||
