Yes, but --and maybe I'm slow today-- I kept up with the discussion and did not get what you explained above in any way. So I don't think the public fandom is going to understand what's going on, or at least they didn't until they read this post that I'm responding to. There are 2 private boards in the fandom, which I know of, one L/L oriented one Sophie, besides the public ones everyone knows about. Last week Genki who runs the L/L proboard, (Abby, Genki, Caf, Ciao, clmorrow, Aussie Kate, Foile, PeachPeep, VictoriaLeigh, lorelaisgirl, landlfan, 2ggobsessed, Commodore, Ace, seslavie, afrayedknot, Barilace, and more, all belong) found out it had sprung a leak. Instead of just plugging the leak, done already, they decided to go after the entire Sophie part of the fandom in a public manner.

Both Genki & Abby have been pissed at the older UGers for a long time for not getting invited to the new board. I'm guessing this was done because we knew what was going on over there, while they have no clue what happens on our board.

The breakup *spoiler* was done in retaliation for what happened last week, pulling the entire fandom into this mess. THAT should have been dealt with through PMs, very true. That it was done publically made those of us that realized what was going on have to deal with all of this publically. We're terribly sorry that everyone was dragged into this. It wasn't fair. It was mean and cruel.

As for the rest of it, I don't know. (I'm speaking about Fojbe) I'll go with what I know.
