Oh yeah, I loved that comment also!

Okee, so about that ep. Don't know where to begin really. I absolutely loved it. Everything about it. I felt there was so much going on ... very obviously of course with Logan and Rory. Loved their scenes together. But am not worried at all. They will be fine ...

Rory didn't seem really upset with Logan's trip to Vegas. She was more saddened because she couldn't help him and also wanted to introduce him to everyone in SH. And we already know that Logan and Rory are together in SH during the spring fling in 7.18. So I think they will work out their issues at the end of next episode.
In total agreeance!

I also agree with Not, that Logan not telling for weeks reminded me of Luke and not of Chris.

Many posts from Jason I absolutely loved:

Yep, feel exactly the same way. I also absolutely loved Lorelai dealing in general and in particular also with Lane and Mrs. Kim. Can't take long before we should see some steps forward with her and Emily or at least Lorelai speaking up to Emily!

I loved his conversation with Liz. And yeah I believe she was so right! For me the boat is the past for Luke. The past that has been holding him back. Him not letting go of it and all. But well Kirk, of course it had to be Kirk , as the perfect buyer and Luke with his new bought improved boat can only lead to great things! He already is a better character now than ever, how good can he get ???

I found it very realistic that in a mature context people act this way, so I'm expecting to see them giving each step till they are back again.
Yep, I am feeling though that once they are more aware of still having a chance together, because I am thinking that is really not something they are considering right now, which makes total sense, but once they know, they will go full ahead. I didn't think so before, but after this ep, I do feel that way ...

Oh and I absolutely loved Zack, Liz and TJ, Kirk and well basically all the townies!

I was laughing, because next weeks episode probably has the best promo of the season, IMO. My friend stopped watching before I even met her, but happened to watch last night, "Because nothing else was on." Her reaction to the promo? "Look at all the Emily! I am so watching next week!" Heh.

You know, when Zachk and Lane were first going to get married, I felt poor Lane was getting screwed, but ever since they have teamed Zachk (I am stealing that spelling, Jason.) and Mama Kim up, he has just been better and better. Now I surprisingly happy about Lane's choice of husband. He can be both goofy and sweet. I also really enjoyed the little bit of insight into why Lane thought her "rock and roll life" is going to be over. She plans to be her mother, only "cool." So, everything will be for the kids, just like Mrs. Kim did everything for her. I think she needed the reminder that you can do it all for your kid and not totally lose yourself, or smother the kid. So great.

And seriously, I want whatever vitamins Alexis Bledel is taking. She once once again even better looking than last week. So jealous.

Thanks.

I haven’t seen the new ep yet, but I love the promo for next week.

I loved this episode too. It had some slow moments, they should have shortened some scenes just a few secs but I LOVED it and it hadn't been so in a long time!

Mark my words: Lorelai's comment "it used to take you days just to buy a t-shirt and now you bought a boat in just one day" was a HUGE anvil.
I will not be surprised if, from episode 18 on we'll get them eloping or becoming more serious, committed and in love than we've ever saw them in the past.

Slowatprocessing!Luke is gone. The new Luke can take the driving wheel of his life and lead it where he wants to.

When I watched the promo I was so scared that the ep was gonna be silly.
It tuned out very good. And I loved the townies too.

Hey what's with Babette's beagle obsession? she called Christpher the beagle and yesterday she was drawing Snoopy, who's a beagle too.

In all: KUDOS to Gina Fattore and the other guy that wrote the episode.

And just a week or two ago, some were complaining that Logan is too perfect.

In any relationship, romantic or otherwise, you have to expect disagreements, fights, irrational behavior, bad habits, and a host of other difficulties to crop up every once in a while. It's up to the individual to weigh the value of the relationship against those and decide whether you want to stick around through the bad to get to the good. If you always walk away, you won't have very many long term relationships.

Director's Cut is up! Rory is on her way to the library, she asks Logan if he's going to work. Logan says he's not and that Colin and Finn are coming over. The doorbell rings, its Mitchum. He checks the phone to make sure it works since he hasn't been answering. Mitchum says that if he was anyone else he would be fired by now. Mitchum then leaves.

Sandra, I liked the greyness of it. Lorelai said that drawing a line in the sand could lead to Mrs.Kim not seeing Lane and the kids grow up and all. And how her own mom had missed so much and she didn't want Mrs. Kim to miss out.

I did feel Lorelai said indirectly that her mom was controlling, but I also felt she took some blame herself by letting Lane see that she also needed to talk to her mom and let her know she loved and respected her. And later on Lorelai also said some things about it not mattering who did what, said what ... for me saying that it doesn't matter what caused things, but it was more important to solve things. It not being about who is right and all. Letting go of the BS and deal with what really matters!

DC is up. My comment: The second Gregg Henry came in I was thinking

This seems like a pretty good scene just from that lead in

Here is the flv version of the Rory, Logan, MH promo, for people with uncooperative CW connections. It is on sendspace, so if someone wants to snag it and move it elsewhere, feel free. And the Luke, Zachk, and Kirk promo.

eta: I want Logan's monitor. Nice.

And Mitchum tells Logan to get down to the office to hear what the legal team has come up with for his situation.
It's way too short of a clip.

I like that he is in the episode off course but why is Gregg Henry's scenes so damn short?
