Thanks for the pics Curlyhead and Gen

I wish we could get a spoiler about when Lorelai will get back to the Diner.

I'm watching old season reruns here and she and Rory were practically there multiple times in every episode.

Now I get the whole breakup hiatus - gone even longer due to the LC thing - but it - among other things - makes the show much more worse than it really is.

Let me explain: this show is not the same as it was with ASP. Aside from a few moments it has lost one of the things I loved the most: the fastly spoken uber wittin banter. Sorry, it's just gone.
And with Lorelai and Rory not going to the Diner it feels even worse. If it wasn't for FND - that have been turned down a lot, IMO - it would be a completely different show. One I'm not very eager to watch.

FF is acting funny. It says "error occured when posting" and no post appear.

Than I close the forum, re-open and I've doble posted!!

This is not a double post. It's the editing of a double post. Anyone having trouble with FF, or is it just me?

Classic!

Am I the only one confused by the different air dates printed in TV Guide? Has anyone else seen it?

Hmmm... I only hope that the first visit to the diner won't happen off-screen during the hiatus!

Gjoni said; "Filler? What's wrong with that? To me, it seems to be more substance, like the filling. Sometimes the filling is more "tasty" than the rest." Nice kick save and a beauty for your buddies gjoni. Yet, referring to any episode of an hour-long as FILLER, is a total slag of the show. Also, I know you are German and all, but you need to know that you just made a Miller Lite argument. All we need is someone saying "LESS FILLING", and we would be involved in a serious bruhahaha.

elduccia, so, you admit that you are not giving the show a fair shake, because it's not focusing on parts of the show that you like? That's not very mature. That's not very mature at all. However, Lorelai should return to the diner in 7.22, and everyone will have a good laugh about it. Not everyone, but I will. VICTORY IS MINE!

On the contrary, to recognise how much of the show's heart has been obliterated shows great maturity. She's demonstrating an ability to see beneath the surface.

Yep, a superficial laugh.

At this stage, perhaps Rory may survive. Yes, Lorelai sacrificed her life to raise her kid, and in the end it ruined her. It rather reminds me of those apocalyptic films where a child steps out of the ruins at the very end.

Lorelaisgirl, your responses are not any less creepy. That aside, Caf said; "On the contrary, to recognise how much of the show's heart has been obliterated shows great maturity. She's demonstrating an ability to see beneath the surface." No offense, but there is nothing mature in this response. It's also incredibly offensive on your part. Since you once again supplant your need for all LUKE AND LORELAI ALL THE TIME, and ignore who and what are the real heart of this show. Something, I do not feel, has ever been open for debate except with one part of the fan-base.

You also said; "At this stage, perhaps Rory may survive. Yes, Lorelai sacrificed her life to raise her kid, and in the end it ruined her. It rather reminds me of those apocalyptic films where a child steps out of the ruins at the very end." What does this even mean? Not only do you reveal yourself to not even comprehend or you have chosen to IGNORE what Lorelai meant by Rory having MORE. You also reveal yourself to be a fan of only one part of the show. Who only wants their part of the show to succeed.

I get being territorial. JJs do territorial better than anyone else. However, Lorelai, wanted her kid to have more. Is it a bit far-fetched to feel that her wishes have some merit with people who are fans of her ship? Again, I am about everybody winning. Few moments have got to me more than that scene with the 9th Doctor. during WWII. However, it would seem, that many of you would be put out. If Lorelai got her wish. Which is really really perplexing.

Lorelaisgirl, why don't you CUT THAT MEAT "", and fill a brother in? If not, then, creepy.

You may give me Lorelai's "ruin" any day of the week. She runs one of the "top ten inns in Connecticut", isn't today the VP of a major international Hospitality Chain simply because by choice, she turn down Mike Amstrong in season 5, raised a top tier grade A kid who adores her and will be a succesful Ivy league graduate with a great career; will inherit, along with Rory, everything in the Gilmore Estate once the elder Gilmores pass into the Great Beyond. Will soon have an ex-husband millionaire who will grovel at her feet 'till he dies 'cause he still worships her and will give her any money she asks (not that Lorelai will ever ask, of course.) Has another guy that apparently still worships her unconditionally and will wait forever for her, ('till she has her epiphany), even though she slept with another guy while he thought they were still engaged. And she will perhaps one day call a Huntzberger (who in this fictional world apparently are the most powerful family in the world of Journalism) her son-in-law.

I would love to be, one day, thus ruined.
