I don't see it as putting other jobs on the line, out side of the actors the crew will just go on to other productions the studio is making, same for the writer and just about anyone else. And has been shown Scott has interest for other project so even if they fail IMO most of them will be fine.

To some extent the ones they could hurt the most is them selves by holding out, they could get a bad rep in the industry plus the ones at the top have the most to lose and from history they are the ones less likely to get another job like this again.
ITs not that actors shouldn't get it...but they shouldn't get it over the writing staff and those that have worked for it a lot longer and harder than the "faces" have. Cause in the end the public cares about the "face" of the show not the people behind the scenes.

That's what I love about this thread. I posted my opinion. I don't like L/R, so I am happy. So, yay for a possible break-up.

Actually not really. Especially in the case of the writers. They also have their own contracts. So, its not just about them, but try telling an actor that. I appreciate that they work hard but sometimes I wish all actors would get their head out of their own arses.

Thanks

He wrote ep. 7 and 12? I think he did good job with 12. But it's a little iffy for me, since both of those eps have such little Rory/Lorelai or Emily at all. But I was really impressed with ep. 12 and how he did characters that weren't in ep. 7, so hopefully he'll impress me again.

Everyone has a responsibility to themselves first and foremost, and shouldn't leave their futures riding on the decisions of others -- jump ship or stay, that's ultimately up to them. That's how I see it anyway -- it's business, leave the emotional stuff out of it. *shrug*
Yep, couldn't agree more!!! Whether this up to KAB alone or LG or them both I still don't see them as responsible for others. They are employees, just like the writers, the set-people etc. etc. They are not the employers in this matter ... sure, matters, (the future of the show) depend on them, but I in no way feel they should be making decisions about themselves/their lifes, based on possible consequences for others. All these people got in this business knowing what this business is like and well if they didn't know, that is not the problem of LG or KAB ... that is this business ...

I feel the same way when it comes to some sort of loyalty to the fans by having to give them a Season 8. Even though I would absolutely love another season, if one of the actors feels it is time to move on for whatever reason or for no reason at all, that is their call. Since it is their life ...

Thanks, Curlyhead.
Now we know the writer and director for the episode.

So, is this the last episode description expected till around two weeks before the hiatus ends? I guess the sides (or inaccessible ones) should continue to show up, though. Do they have any break in shooting till they presumably wrap in mid April?

Nothing I didn't know about!

And I posted mine back, that you appear to be rooting for the characters' unhappiness. It's better that they be miserable and apart then happy, in love, and together.

Healthy, happy relationships ain't us!

Im not conveying this to offend AB fans, don't be mistaken.
Well, she seems to be getting offers whether the CW thinks she's that great or not. Considering the way the network hasn't been promoting her, I think she owes them nothing.

Thanks, Curly.

Sometimes we get part of it from KTLA or other places earlier, but yours has all the details, including writer and director and sometimes lines that were missing elsewhere.

Finally, Lane goes into labor and Luke helps get everyone to the hospital.
Who is everyone? Other than Lane, Zach, and Mrs. Kim, who else needs to be there?
