I’d like to remind you all that this is the main Gilmore Girls spoiler thread, and as such, posters from various shipper groups are free to post here, so if you see someone saying something that you don’t like about “your” favorite character or couple, don’t start fighting with them on this thread, and don’t go into a Gilmore Girls shipper thread if you don’t like the couple that the shipper thread is for. The CW: THE ROAD TO RECOVERY ─ At a Friday night dinner, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) works up the courage to tell her parents about the break-up of her marriage, but is derailed by their argument over the healthy meals and no-alcohol policy Emily (Kelly Bishop) has instituted to help Richard (Edward Herrmann) recover from his heart attack. Lorelai enlists Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) to bring Richard healthy but delicious meals, then helps Emily organize Richard’s business affairs. Over a shared bottle of scotch, Lorelai finally tells her mother about the breakup of her marriage. Rory (Alexis Bledel) attends an awkward birthday dinner for Logan (Matt Czuchry) with Mitchum Huntzberger (guest star Gregg Henry), who asks her to help him steer Logan in the right direction. Later, Logan receives disturbing news about the online company he purchased. Finally, Luke (Scott Patterson) shares his home with Liz (Kathleen Wilhoite), T.J. (Michael DeLuise) and their baby daughter while their house is being fumigated. Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. (#2T7765).

TVGuide: Lorelai and Rory attend Friday-night dinner, where Lorelai is reluctant to tell her mom about her and Christopher's marital problems. But Emily has enough on her plate when the recuperating Richard complains about his dietary restrictions and Emily's strict no-alcohol rule. Meanwhile, Rory plans a birthday celebration for Logan, whose dad calls to invite him and Rory to dinner instead; and Liz and T.J. stay with Luke while their home is fumigated because of a moth infestation.

TVRage.com: At Friday night dinner, Lorelai finally decides to tell her parents that her marriage to Christopher has fallen apart, but doesn't get a chance to when an argument breaks out over Emily's new healthy, no-alcohol meals to help Richard recover from his heart attack. Lorelai gets Sookie to cook healthy and tasteful meals for Richard and Lorelai helps Emily with Richard's various business affairs. While helping her mother, Lorelai finally admits to Emily that her marriage to Christopher is over. Meanwhile, Rory attends Logan's birthday dinner and has an awkward encounter with Mitchum who asks Rory to keep Logan on track. Futon Critic & CW: A BABY SHOWER, A JOB INTERVIEW AND A BOAT TRIP - While she is in the midst of planning Lane's (Keiko Agena) baby shower, Rory (Alexis Bledel) gets a long-awaited call from The New York Times offering her an informational interview. Lorelai (Lauren Graham) takes over the shower-planning duties, and finds herself brokering peace between Lane and Mrs. Kim (Emily Kuroda) over how Lane plans to raise her twins. Logan (Matt Czuchry) finally admits his business disaster to Rory, who offers him her full support, but when Logan announces that he is flying to Las Vegas to blow off steam with his old college pals Colin and Finn, Rory is disappointed and worried. When Luke (Scott Patterson) discovers that Liz (Kathleen Wilhoite) and T.J. (Michael DeLuise) are trying to sell his boat, he decides to make some changes in his life and take April (Vanessa Marano) on a long boat trip over the summer. Finally, Lane is put on bed-rest and must be wheeled through Stars Hollow in her bed to attend the shower at Miss Patty's (Liz Torres). Melissa McCarthy and Sean Gunn also star.

I am so beyond excited for the Emily and Lorelai stuff in the next episode. Not to mention seeing just how testy Richard gets, when Emily cuts off his alcohol supply. And won't we finally get to see Logan's NYC digs? YAY!

Melodie, no, I do not have any misconceptions. I have my conceptions from what I have gathered, and have seldom been proven to be inaccurate. ANd I have visited your thread. It's not my sort of place because it does not feature the sort of discussion I can have without causing a fight. WE are just different. That's all.

With all due respect Jason, because you know I do repsect you, you are wrong on occasion. You told me many threads back that all JJs have the same fundamental way of thinking, and if anything has proved this wrong, it's 7.14. JJs are very much divided over the issues it addressed.

I'm really excited for a lot of the things coming up. It seems like there will be a lot of Emily in 15 and 17. And I'm excited for the RL stuff in all the upcoming eps. Lots of good townie stuff coming up as well (even troubie's back!)
