It's the annual Stars Hollow Spring Fling. Lorelai and Michel are busy welcoming new guests at the inn. Michel is irritated by the cheerfulness of the visitors. Rory is on a train back from Providence. April gives Luke a bracelet. Later, Lorelai, Logan, Rory and Michel, along with some tourists, go to Spring Fling in a bus rented by the Inn. At the event, some Inn guests are skeptical about a maze made out of hay. One kid is especially not that excited because no one will chase him or shoot him with water guns as he goes through the maze. Logan goes through the maze with the kid. Babette, Morey, and Taylor also appear
I don’t think the part about Logan going through the maze was in the sides or made clear.

How rude of me. Thanks caf for the thread and Katie for bringing over the spoilers from AggieShan08

Thanks 2ggObsessed. The sides say that Logan walks ahead with the kid but not that he goes through the maze with him.

At this point, I don't see it. As of last season she was still trying to prevent them from knowing much about her life. That's a fact. While I hope it will improve, I don't expect miracles. And I don't expect her to necessairly include them in her life openly in the future. Not as things currently stand. Perhaps they will be different after the scotch & roadtrip, but we'll have wait and see.
I think Lorelai did realize that by shutting her parents out of her life she shut them out of Rory's life also and she did come to realize that it was a mistake. If she was to have another child with Luke, I think she would welcome them to be a part of that child's life. She wouldn't exactly like it for herself but she would do it for the child. Luke also as much as he is not a fan of Emily's he does know how important family is. He would also be open to Emily and Richard having a good relationship with their grandchild.

And I've heard that someone mentioned that Plan B was out of question since the CW has discarded that posibility.
I hadn't read that. Wouldn't 13 episodes of Rory (that only leaves 9 without her), be better than none at all? If those episodes only have her phoning Lorelai or visiting and not having her own storyline, then yes, I wouldn't want a season 8. I've said previously that I am not necessarily in favor of Plan B, but I really think that AB's happiness is more important than any tv show. If she feels that she doesn't want to renew her contract for whatever reason, she shouldn't feel obligated or guilty.

I wouldn't want more than a 13 episode season even if Rory were in all the episodes. The show is definitely not what it once was, and if it continues much longer nobody will even remember that it was once good. I do think the upcoming story lines are better than the ones that began the season, but I don't like it much when a show goes on too long after abandoning it's original premise.

I agree it's not just Lorelai choice, Luke can ask also and then it's up the Emily and Richard. I think they would love the idea of another grandchild look at how she acted when she thought Lorelai was pregnant or thinking about it in MF.

I agree with all of this, and yes having 13 ep of a solid Rory SL would be far better than most of the first 13 eps of this season!

"Hello Mr. Squirrel. How is your knife?" "Uh...It's okay." "Good to know."

Thanks for the thread caf, and very nice title Christine. I will return to titles one day. I still feel like an Autobot transforming for the first time into vehicle form. Of course my vehicle form is a 1989 HONDA ACCORD, but it's a sturdy vehicle damn it!

That aside, Stache, Pearls, and Stretch Pants are all very controlling people. While I do feel Stache and Pearls could have been more loving to Lorelai. Lorelai is a very controlling, opinionated, and self-righteous person. A person who, from early childhood, always fought her parents. Parents who were not equipped to deal with such a child.

Again, this is not Lorelai's fault, but do not put all of the blame on Stache and Pearls. Stretch Pants is not a heroine, but more of an anti-heroine. We love her despite herself...a bit presumptive? Sure. I like it though, and I am going with that for now on. Nevertheless, Lorelai was BORN to butt heads with Emily and Richard. Expecting these three to get along is bit much in my opinion. However, a recurring theme on this show is the need for people to accept the LOVE over the BULL****. If Stretch Pants, Stache, and Pearls get past their bull****, then they can let the love set in with the LL kid. If not, well,.............................DOOM!

Finally, your show is back? Did it go somewhere? Oh yeah, Lorelai needs to be the heroine to some folks. I forgot. The lengths people need to go through to make the square peg fit in the round hole is beyond me. Whateverthecase, does your show have the Sophies winning? Since my show sure does...and it also has smurfs. I always roll with Les Strumps.

I don't know what would happen if Lorelai has another child. However, if plan B happens I don't see Lorleai interacting much with Stache and Pearls, without Rory. Not that I don't believe she wants a better relationship with her parents I believe she does but won't admit based on what weve seen. In 6.13 when she reinstated FND's she did it for Rory's sake I don't think she would be able to do without hiding behind Rory. Lorelai is stubborn and has to much pride to admit that

Well in case this hasn't been confirmed I think it's about 99% confirmed that the motel room in episode 17 are for the Gilmore Girls.

Elizabeth Franz (previously played Mia) is currently starring in Howard Katz in NYC.

Ah, but I love Lorelai because of her glaring weaknesses. As well as for the many endearing qualities.

But, in total agreement on the second part. I have a few GG dreams, and one is what you've stated. Lorelai and Emily stepping over the bull because their love is stronger than, well, the bull. Will we see this before the series ends? Hopefully, but it's doubtful, as DR doesn't seem to be giving this root much or any importance this season.

Oh and thanks Gossip!
