Who thinks the telling Emily scene will be near the end of the ep. I'm thinking we get a FND at the start, "Welcome home Richard" type thing, Rory knows and Lorelai tries to tell, like the countless times she has tried to tell them stuff in the past. Then near the end of the ep she does, maybe we'll get more than one FND in ep 15.

THE ROAD TO RECOVERY ─ At a Friday night dinner, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) works up the courage to tell her parents about the break-up of her marriage, but is derailed by their argument over the healthy meals and no-alcohol policy Emily (Kelly Bishop) has instituted to help Richard (Edward Herrmann) recover from his heart attack. Lorelai enlists Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) to bring Richard healthy but delicious meals, then helps Emily organize Richard’s business affairs. Over a shared bottle of scotch, Lorelai finally tells her mother about the breakup of her marriage. Rory (Alexis Bledel) attends an awkward birthday dinner for Logan (Matt Czuchry) with Mitchum Huntzberger (guest star Gregg Henry), who asks her to help him steer Logan in the right direction. Later, Logan receives disturbing news about the online company he purchased. Finally, Luke (Scott Patterson) shares his home with Liz (Kathleen Wilhoite), T.J. (Michael DeLuise) and their baby daughter while their house is being fumigated. Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. Lee Shallat Chemel directed the episode written by Rebecca Rand Kirshner (#2T7765).

I think too, it'll be in the end, but the actual end (at least I hope for it) might be Lorelai and Emily waking up in the room they had been drinking in. Or at least Lorelai waking up in her parents house. She hasn't spend a night there since she was 16 and I doubt she ever got drunk with her mother before, so it'd be interesting to see the reaction of Lorelai and Emily the morning after.

Riska I don't know how drunk they will be but it would be funny to see them wake up slumped in there chairs the next morning with hangovers.

Well, if the episode description is true, they share a bottle of scotch. So a half bottle for everyone. Even if they don't fall asleep next to each other, if I were Emily I wouldn't let Lorelai drive and if I were Lorelai I wouldn't drive home. So, I think the chances are quiet good that Lorelai will spend the night at her parents house. If they really share a whole bottle of Scott

Wow, all the characters are just coming back lately. Yay for even more paris!

I love hearing that all the townies and other side characters, that DR and co. are finally showing that they remember, are coming back more often.

and when they wake up.... TA DAH breakfast with the parents, its like shes 15 again!

And she hasn't done that for what - 21 years? That would be a great opening for episode 7x16 with Richard sitting there, looking at them, wondering what is going on and why Lorelai is there and finally mocking that he wasn't allowed to drink Scotch as well

I wonder what Mitchum is worried about. What direction would Mitchum want Logan to take? The possible failure of his internet company sounds a little like Chris' failed dot-com start-up.

The actual question is why Mitchum asks Rory for help before Logan gets the phone call and news about the company.

Yeah I found this part of the description odd. If anything, Logan is more on track now than he's ever been.
