Frankly even though it says Chris moves out via moving truck in one of the spoilers, the fact that Gigi's stroller and the big screen TV are still there later kind of worries me. God forbid they reconcile! And I agree that LG's acting gives a really mixed message. In last week's episode there was "happy family" scene after scene and then she walks in deep thought to the the mailbox and it starts snowing, with ironic music over it. With Luke the chemistry was in their verbal interactions and actual making out scenes and eye contact, with Chris it's all patting him and touching him and cutsey cutsey pointless dialogue. The dialogue between her and Luke seemed wittier and sharper and actually moved the story along, with Chris it's all "You're cuter, no you're cuter, really..." No wonder so many watchers can't wait for it to be over! And it better be over! Is LG trying to portray a woman really trying to make her marriage work but seeing red flags everywhere, not to mention never having had the chance to explore what her feelings for Luke still are, or is she portraying a woman who's gaga over hubby and on whom an anvil is going to drop suddenly when Chris reads the letter? Hopefully the former but it would be easy to be confused.

Especially those really hot and intimate kisses where Lauren locks her lips and stiffens in his arms Pure lust talking there

It worries me too, but I¨m thinking positive thoughts. I mean, it probably takes time to move all his stuff to wherever his stuff are going, but yeah, the stroller and the big screen TV is a headscratcher for me too.

Oh please, can't the madness stop?

Maybe Lorelai decides that she prefers the Flatscreen TV to the ancient one she had before.

You could be right, Chris could easily decide to leave the flatscreen to Lorelai but it still doesn't explain the stroller.

See this is the reason for the whole season so far, she split with Luke and really wanted a Plasma so married Chris just for that, now it’s on the wall Chris is OUT!

The Road Warrior...classy action.

Mirella, welcome. Nice of someone to extend such a ridiculously over the top condescending greeting. As if you have no idea how things work. Please, visit more often, and enjoy your time here at the GG BI-QUARTERLY MAIN THREAD. Thanks Caf. Good title Babs.

Damsel, no, it's not directing choice, at least it does not appear that way. Lauren and Scott are not that buddy buddy. If Kristen indeed had a scoop about the storyline this season catering to their animosity. A scoop that seems to be the case as of right here and right now. Lauren has simply been responding to working with a male-lead, that she enjoys much much than the regular guy she usually works with.

No, I am not doubting Scott and Lauren's chemisty. I may not be a hardcore JJ, but I do accept it's there. However, Laura nails the point home for those of us not SOLD on your ship. Lauren is way more touchy feely with David than she has ever been with Scott over the last couple of years. This sucks. Sure. However, Scott and Lauren, are going to have to deal with one another for the rest of the season. Let us all hope that they have enjoyed their hiatus from one another over the last several months.

Finally, Sandlynn, you may hate Luke too much to really get that his character is not undergoing ANY changes. Luke never had an edge. The only reason he came across as guarded and gruff. Stemed from years of people dying and people leaving him, that led to a shell growing around him. April is FINALLY letting LUKE be LUKE without all the ANGST. Again, if you see Luke as a one-dimensonsal jackass, and refuse to extend yourself past that first impression. Well, you are missing the heart of the Luke character, and to why Luke goes off in those clips. This is a LUKE set free from GRIEF and LOSS. This is a LUKE that FIGHTS. That's what Luke has always been about...but now he's fighting for her and eventually her. Luke was never Lord Humungus. If you assumed he was, then you assumed incorrectly. Since I do not recall Luke ever declaring himself as the AYLATOLLAH OF ROCK N ROLLA!

I'm guessing if they do write it that way, it will be used to further illustrate the deadbeatness of Chris, since he should be the one cancelling the wedding plans, but instead has gone MIA.

Congratulations on 24,000 posts Craig!

With no ASP this season, the dialogue seems off for every character, not just because it's Lorelai with Christopher instead of Lorelai with Luke.

Thanks to you too for welcoming me!

And I didn't think it was condescending at all. I thought it was nice to help me out in case I had more question - and linked me to the answers. (I had already asked about the picture).
