Segment 1:

Lorelai is in the CS kitchen, she hears the door being knocked. Sookie is at the door and Lorelai lets her in. Sookie baked Muffin tops and brought coffee over. Lorelai wonders what Sookie is doing there. Sookie talks about their friendship and then says that she is going on a ski trip with Jackson. Sookie says that the babysitter called and she's sick. Lorelai gets the hint and says that she will watch the kids. Lorelai mentions that the coffee is good and Sookie admits that the coffee is from Lukes. Chris comes in after smelling the baked goods. Lorelai and Sookie tell him that Lorelai will be watching Sookies kids and that Chris doesn't have to help. Chris dropped GiGi off at her grandmother's house so he will use the free day to put of the flat screen. Sookie leaves. Chris says the coffee is good and Lorelai says that it was from Luke's.

Yale. Rory walks to Lucy and Olivia's dorm room and leaves a letter on their message board.

CS - Chris and Lorelai are in the living room, the flatscreen has arrived. They talk about Chris using Lorelai's conditioner. Lorelai leaves for Sookie

Court Room - Luke is early for the court appearance, his lawyer arrives and then leaves saying that he has to make a phone call. Anna arrives and she and LUke have the awkward conversation from the Director's Cut. Anna goes on and on about how Luke doesn't have a chance. They are allowed in the court room.

Segment 2:
Paris/Rory/Doyle apartment - Paris is standing over several white boards. Paris asks Rory how Christmas was Rory answers and then said that their catching up time is over. Paris says that they have their checklist for things they need to do before they graduate. Paris says that she needs to have her application for the Oceanography fellowship by a certain date. Rory says she knows nothing about Oceanography and that Paris's boards are too much.

Sookies House - Lorelai enters Sookies house and talks with Jackson about flat screens. Sookie shows up and they are suddenly in a hurry to leave for their trip. Sookie is acting strangely. Sookie and Jackson leave Lorelai with their children and they leave.

Is the "gift" in the letter referring to having Luke in your life, or the role of a father in a girl's life?

Yeah Sookie is knocked up and doesn't know how to tell Jackson. LOL

Pity we didn't have farmer guy help Chris put up the TV, that could have been fun.

I would say having Luke in her life. Lorelai's never been all that enthusiastic about Richard as a father.

Well, this is the first season I haven't yelled at the screen during most of his scenes about how stupid Helo is! Of course a friend of mine & I both kinda get all twittery over Anders. Michael Trucco is HOT! It usually comes down to ANDERS IS HOT! Put a gun in his hand, and then the sweaty, dirtyness, and those muscles! Ummmm, yeah, HOT!

uhmm... maybe this is because I speak spanish but that letter seems a letter from a friend... I would be able to write a better letter about Luke. I was waiting more than that from Lorelai.
