Let me think about that for second - I don't think so but hey I get it. I'm a JJ and Luke supporter. He is not supposed to have a storyline or any screen time on this show this season anyway so how dare I say something against Rory.
That's not what I said or meant, and you know that. But, I suppose you will interpret it in whatever way that pleases your agenda.

Nope, you're still a true fan.

Capa, so, since I am not a self-aggrandizing (I am self-elevating...DIFFERENCE!) JJ like yourself. I am supposed to shut up? Nah. I was kidding. However, please, take it as an offense. Like I have not been accused of being a meany. When I was just being silly.

How about you leave Jason alone and let him be excited about starting a thread?

FYI, nothing new in the podcast. It musta been taped last night since MA is phoning in from that conference, and says he plans on asking about there being an 8th season tomorrow (today).

I don't want Lorelai to be single if the show is ending this season for punishment
I just think that Lorelai has messed up alot and she needs to really think before getting into another relationship how did she get into that position. I think that there is alot of ageism towards these girls that its okay for Rory to be single because she is young and Lorelai shouldn't because she is old. Marriage and relationships are not about age how capable you are in maintaining them

We're agreeing again! But the context of what I quoted is that he's snooping when he finds the letter. I don't think finding a letter in your own house, possibly in your own bedroom, would qualify as snooping. Even if it's your wife's drawer you've opened. People that live together do tend to mix up their laundry, a sock or pair of underwear goes stray. So unless he knows about the letter beforehand I wouldn't put the finding of the letter in the category of *snooping*, which I don't think he does at this point, since we've been shown Lorelai not wanting to tell him about it.

After is a different matter.

It is. Sorry, I didn't notice you'd suggested a thread title. I scrolled through the voting pages very quickly.

True, he could come back and grovel. Or it could be something closer to the mutual thing that many have specced about before the spoiler was released.

I've always thought Chris's confidence in his & Lorelai's relationship is his belief that she's always felt about his exactly how he feels about her, just their timing has been off. I don't see him grovelling, he's too arrogant for that. Once he realizes he's not her first, last & always, I don't see him coming back. Which is where my belief that he's the initiator comes from. And I think the ep descrips back that up.

Then he should just do it and not leave a snarky and silly comment everytime she opens one. She takes her time and volunteers to open the next thread and all she gets are his comments where he's being silly.

Thanks, I'm DL later.

Kristin from E!Online is at the CW Winter Press Tour too:

And now the money Q: Will Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars come back for another season?

Ostroff replies, "Gilmore Girls is a show we're really proud of. It consistently comes in second in 18-34. And we are definitely talking to them. As for Veronica Mars—it's funny because I feel like I've answered that question every year. It's still on the air and I'm still here. Veronica is a show we are proud of, and I have to say that all your support for that show has meant the world, and hopefully we'll have good things to talk about. Veronica Mars has actually had its best numbers ever, and Tuesday night has definitely been a good move for the show."
[...]
Eek! A reporter just asked about Gilmore Girls' "creative downtick" (gaaah!) this season, and how Ostroff feels about it. Her answer: "Gilmore Girls has been on the air seven years, and any show that's on for that period of time creatively has its ups and downs. Clearly with the loss of Amy, we wanted to be able to maintain the quality of the show. David Rosenthal was one of Amy's top lieutenants, and was actually handpicked by Amy. The first half of the season was rocky as David found his way, and he was painted into a corner by the end of last season, but I think the second half of the season is much stronger and the audience will be pleasantly surprised."

We are! I did follow the context of the post, and I agree, finding it by chance isn't snooping, no matter where it is -- out in the open or at the bottom of the sock drawer. And as a separate thought, I think he steps over the line when he reads it.

I'll blame my jumbled thoughts today on the cold medicine. As for the rest of the time, I'll have to think of something else....

*blushes* I don't know what to say. Gen, lorelaisgirl, blaab - there's others who work on this thread.

We thank you.

You are all amazing to do this for us! But honestly, caf, you have been doing it so much lately that you deserve an extra pat on the back.
