LG "this has been the best job ever" Um that's what she said about selling cinnamon rolls at 6 o’clock in the morning also! LOL

OT - I sent MA and the podcast and email, about Rory.

I think this paragraph from LG's written interview, is missing a question mark at the end of the bolded sentence. And the "That" after it (in italics), is referring IMO to the graduation, not moving back to town. Basically, I think LG is saying it's a logical place to end the show with Rory's graduation, it's a big event and then we see her off to whatever her next phase is. We know where she's headed, but don't follow her, ('cause it's the end of the show).

Personally, I want an eighth.

Sarah, if the crush works that way, then everything is cool in the hood. If not, Laura, I am still having Supes holding the bus over Rory. Just in case. Apparently this whacky behaviour of mine, comes from an overly emotional Italian woman. So, there's another explanation from me, to you.

That aside; Gjoni, I have never felt like GRADUATION should be the end of Rory's storyline. It's such a finite stop for her. Yes, I do hold by her being a DREAMER about her career path, but it's not logical to end Rory at GRADUATION. Since graduation is only a PART of Rory's overall story. Fulfilling the DREAM or living up to the DREAM...is another part of the story. Which goes right out the ****ing window. If you have her graduation and the END.

I agree with Lauren (and Amy before her) that Rory graduating is a logical place for the show/story to end, yes Jason it's not the end of her life and I would love to see her set out in work or as an undergrad but it has to end sometime.

I would also love to see L&L have there middle, start a new family and have all those issues but if we have to end in this season then them being together, maybe engaged of a quick town wedding would be a nice ending but for me having them together and happy is all I need.

JSW, I don't want it as the end of Rory's SL either, I was just trying to interpret what LG said. I don't think she meant that it made sense that Rory moves back to SH after graduation, as it might seem when reading that part. And I think she feels the graduation makes a good ending for the show.

Not me, I still want to see what's next. For her, her mother, her grandparents .....

Whether it makes sense to anyone else or not, that was ASP's original vision when she started the show -- a 7 year story arc ending with Rory's graduation. If she'd stayed and gotten the S8 option from the WB, she'd have continued it on, but if the plug was pulled after S7, Rory's graduation was a logical end for her. The rest would be in our imaginations. It's how the show runner envisions it that matters, not what the fans think. Right? ASP might be gone now, but DR seems to be following that same path (or limping along it anyway).

Vasectomies can be done wrong and don't work...
A medical sitcom I know of used that sort of storyline to deal with the fact that the actress was pregnant (and her character's man had vasectomies done).

The 'guy' (well, the character) went to the doctor's office, really angry and pissed, and tormented the guy who botched the vasectomy. Hee. It was a great tormenting...sort of like how Luke torments Taylor when Taylor pisses him off ("Look at all the pretty CANDY!").

Okay, I'm done reminiscing about Scrubs.
