Maybe the Chris/Luke fight is also one of the secrets - and if Lorelai does know, how does she know. I hope they just don't drop this and never refer to it again.

I looked at AB's IMDB page and saw that it says she did two movies in 2006, "Life is Short" and "I'm Reed Fish" - I haven't heard anything about them or when they are coming out - but, she does seem to be getting some movie work.

Maybe if they gave more SLs to the other supporting cast, they could cut down some of her workload, resulting in a Win-Win situation for all. Less workload for Lauren and Alexis, more screen time for the supporting cast to act, more balanced SLs for the fans.

Really nice that they acknowledge Gigi being there also. Not that I'm very interested in the kid but isn't she also a part of the "family" ?

That's true, but they would have to be very careful on those SLs as well. I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't want to see huge chunks of time dedicated to Taylor, Kirk, Babette and Morey. Maybe more E/R time, but logistically that might not be possible because don't they live out of state and only travel to L.A. when needed?

I don’t get the impression that Gigi is part of the family celebration. Maybe she doesn’t come back from France until after the celebration or close to the end of the episode. Less time bonding and establishing traditions with the family if it’s all going to fall apart in a matter of days or weeks.

Jason, I understand that you think Rory should have experienced the attraction thing prior to this point. However, Rory has always been a bit stunted in the relationship department. Not to mention the fact, that when you are first in a relationship, the feelings are so intense, it leaves no room for anyone else to even enter the radar.

They have been together for a couple of years now. The euphoria is gone. Logan already has, and Rory is about to enter the real world. It is about the right time for this to happen. I do agree with you that the timing with Richard is bad. However, if the crush is brought about by this TA also caring about Richard, and being upset, then I can still see a logical reason for them to bond, and Rory having "crush-like" feelings.

I see no reason for Logan to even know about the crush. Unless Rory DOES take it too far. Then he deserves honestly from his girl. Although, Rory admitting the crush to Logan, and how weird it felt, might give them a chance to have an open conversation where they decide TOGETHER where their future as a couple lies.

It might also snap Rory back to reality to have her hear from Logan that he was tempted a few times, but never strayed. Knowing that your partner is also capable of those same feelings, kinda takes the fun out of having the crush in the first place.
