Rory will have an intense crush on her TA, of the romantic kind. Not just an academic one.

Oy, the horror. Actually, if it's 'just a crush,' I'm not too upset. It's what I speculated in the first place. After all, it is not uncommon to have 'crushes' of the romantic/sexual kind towards a person who you feel is attractive. Not that you see anything come out of it, and you probably know that nothing comes out of it in the first place...harmless crush. I hope.

That said, this kind of storyline for Rory just feels bland...it's lacking substance, or depth, or any of that good stuff that we're looking for. It reminds me, sadly, of Lorelai's 'love' journey that she took in season three...the attraction to 'Max' and the kiss (and then her implying that Alex was over and done with since she kissed Max). I don't know why it reminds me of this since I don't see Logan/Rory break up or have any major complications from this story. It just feels as though Rory's going to think "Hey, I like my TA...does that mean I don't like Logan anymore? What's wrong with me?" or "Why am I having sexual fantasies about my TA...? I know I'll never act on them, but why are they happening??"


For a while, this has been my sentiment as well. And despite the positive spoilers that we have gotten today, I won't be surprised if tomorrow, I am thinking on a similar wavelength. That this 'revelation' that we are expecting to see will not quite cut it for viewers...that it sounds better in its theory, than how it will actually turn out on screen. I hope I won't be disappointed, but Jason, if you can possibly help me, I would like to find a way to find my skepticism again. I am excited now because of the rush of positive spoilers, but I don't want to be so happy and excited nor believe that it's all we've ever hoped for. Because DR could, for all purposes, make Lorelai just as unsympathetic and unredeemable as she has been in the past (two) seasons. And when I say worst, I mean worst than her 'Tough Love' silent treatment that she gave Rory last year, and I contend that that was pretty crappy mothering in the first place.

Do you have some idea about who will be that actor? reading this spoiler I am wondering if he will be George Clooney.

Damselfly, it's not shooting the messenger. Again, she and I, are here on a daily basis. So are many other people in this thread. Yet, it has nothing to do with being right, but we are discussing a show. We are all passionate about our spec. Essentially, she knows the answer to everything, and pretty much makes me or anyone else discussion anything...a waste of ****ing time. It's a waste of time, and I am not going not feel TOYED WITH. Again, if we all got along, and there were rainbows and buttercups in this thread. This would most likely not happen. However, people know things, and when they are not sharing. Especially if they are a regular. Well, they are simply breaking any trust that we have in this forum, and I might as well start lying. I might as well use a different account and start sharing bogus spoilers. I might as well go the extra-yard to **** with this thread. Since This Sophie Just Wants To Have Fun Too!

BLauren, Chris is not great shakes in this either. However, he never had the control in this relationship, and it shows now. Since Lorelai can begin it and end it by being the biggest ******* on this show...ever. Lorelai deserves to be ran into the ground for this in way people ran Luke into the ground last Summer.
