It's hard to tell on YouTube, but are we sure that's Luke tied up in the package? Chris still has his suit coat on when he charges, and when I paused it at the spot the arm is caught in the ribbon, whoever that is is wearing something dark. The figure in the background looks lighter, like it could be Luke's blue striped shirt.

This fight... I don't know what i'm thinking about it now. Like it just looks so pathetic on both of their parts, and that's really not how I wanted it to be. i'm just hoping for some good verbal slams before it and some sort of well done ending to the fight.

Good to know sher. Katie, most fights, if not all of them, are pathetic. This fight is even more PATHETIC because these two have no reason to fight each other. Outside of their own stupid insecurities, that one woman brings out of them.

I love Lorelai. But both these two could do better. Since Lorelai is not worth a fight, but Rory...

I really think Luke has a very good reason to punch Chris. It's more than his insecurities. I mean he knows he lost the battle for Lorelai but he also knows they can be friends. I mean the baby thing obviously happens before the fight and they seem pretty comfortable. He punched his lights out in 7.02 so he's over it. Whatever it is that provokes him now must be something else than he still being jealous or angry at Chris. I don't even think Luke is jealous or angry at him. He's still hurt yes but other than that he's over Chris.

It really is pathetic. Luke's shown himself to be accepting all of this or at least trying to accept all this, he knows he lost Lorelai, and Chris, well, he won her finally, and he shouldn't be worried or blaming Luke for CL's problems. gah. Suddenly i'm not liking this because I don't want either guy, Luke or Chris, to be shown this incredibly pathetic and just rolling around and everything. maybe, just maybe there will be some good stuff leading up to it and after it that I can enjoy as far as these guys really taking on eachother, verbally and whatnot...

and I suddenly really want Lorelai to find out about this whole thing. How her husband slammed into Luke and how they messed up the x-mas display and everything. If they show her reaction, it'll be great, imo. But it might be just as great if they come back with her knowing it all in ep. 11 and just having a few snarky comments to Chris about it in ep. 11.

I'm thinking about the townspeople listed in ep. 11 on imdb. Maybe ep. 11 starts up the next day w/ the townies cleaning it up.
