And yeah, it's not exactly fist-fighting...well, what they clipped for us anyway.
Looked more like rolling around the floor, barging at eachother like bulls...

Yeah you don't see much, Like two old guy's fighting but I hope it lasts longer than a few seconds.

I wonder if the presents are for some charity drive for kids.

I so want Luke and Chris having to clean up the mess the next morning aka the party where Dean and Jess fought and Lorelai looking on in disgust.

Yeah, I agree Nola. This storyline IS being dragged out too long.

But at least this is some really whacked fight. It doesn't look like anyone's gonna get hurt (IMO)...it's not a fistfight from what I'm seeing...it's tackling. The loser is the guy who gets the most tangled in the Christmas decorations and can't get up

And we see it for sure. Chris is the one charging at Luke. Man, these boys are pathetic.

Oh, and my recap: Totally accurate, btw.

I'm not kidding.

I almost want them to charge each other only to knock each other out, think of the comedy.

If you look at the other promo it looks like Chris is walking to his car and Luke checks something in the back.

Is it just me, or does Luke get on top (shut up Craig!) after Chris tackles him, just when they hit the ground? It's hard to tell, due to the fact that they're tangled in a Christmas tree. What would Talyor say about all this town destruction and vandalism?!

I'm gonna be laughing my ass off during this scene.

ETA: WORD to what Secret-Life says below. We've been going crazy figuring out who starts it, who wins, who's provoked, why this fight's happening and assuming it's the blow-out drama fight of the century. Lo and behold, it's nothing more than a comedic football reenactment. For that, I am thankful. GG likes giving us humerous male-male bonding moments. Luke pushing Jess in a lake, Luke tackling Dean, Luke tacking Dean VIA Bop-It..., Logan's play in 5.10. I guess the only big serious one may have been from Keg...Max.

Just saw the Global promo and really, they both look very stupid tackling each other and rolling into the Christmas decors. Which makes me think that they're really meant to look stupid, and that this fight takes place for laughs (though I felt pained watching it; maybe I'll laugh when I actually see the whole thing).

And the promo and the stupidity of it all, to me, reinforces the silliness of the debates that have been going on in this thread (who started it; who's gonna "win") and the "glee" that some are feeling at the prospect of the fight. But if that's your cuppa tea...

Well they can always do a marathon to raise enough money for a new tree, have the townies complain about the marathon and Chris donating the money for it.
