I think it's like Rory and Lorelai to support eachother. Whether Lorelai goes to support Rory, or Rory seeks out Lorelai, I think there's nothing wrong with them talking about the proposal and how Rory said no, or whatever. It's what they do. The carriage thing, I'm still iffy on, but Rory's going to want someone to talk to about this, and Lorelai is that person for her.

I am interested in knowing what lorelai says to luke to convince him to go to karaoke. I get that he's changed but i doubt he's changed that much.

It kind of makes me think that he's gone back to the way he used to be with Lorelai, instead of really changing. He used to always do things, even before they were together, just because she liked it, or suggested it. I don't think she'll have to do much to convince him besides ask him and then give him a "Please, Luke, it'll be fun," along with a mini-pout, IMO. At least I hope that they're back to that bantery level of diner chats by ep. 20... If they're not at that place in their friendship again by that time, then I don't have a clue how she'd get him there.

Yeah i never would of thought Luke would go into a karaoke bar, maybe it's to help cheer Rory up?

The karaoke stuff sounds fun, but I'm still kind of dumbfounded at the mere idea of LL being in a bar together. I find that idea alone to be stimulating.

Yeah, I'm intrigued by it, but I have no specs as to how it comes about. My brain is fried.
