yeah and as it is Rory we are talking about it is maybe rather a good grade she gets but not as good as normally...and now she might think that is the reason she isn`t good enough for the NYT^^ (even if they couldn`t know about her final grades yet) and freaks out for no real reason...a typical Gilmore Freakout...drama in their eyes but of no reason in reality? | Isn't Rory's dream in 7.21? (Maybe when she's deciding about Logan?) I think the final won't matter. It's just a failure on the list that's going to pile up at the beginning of 7.20 - the fellowship, the final, another job interview. Just part of the motivation for the pick-me-up shopping and however Lorelai spins the karaoke to be a celebration of Rory. I need some more non-bickering positive LL interaction. I hope they let Luke have some fun in 7.20. Especially since his trip might get cancelled in this episode. (April's in this one, right?) Quote:

| IMO the song Lorelai sings next week "I Will Always Love You" might have been picked for Rory, saying she will always love her even is she's a drop-out but it gets targeted at Luke at some point. It's totally clear from the car buying and the DC that Lorelai's back having fun with Luke. But they always used to do that (visual) checking at the end of their banter that confirmed they were both having a good time. I want that. Sometimes Luke is a little too real-frustrated as opposed to play-frustrated for me. (Among the banter, the bickering, and the supportive convos, Luke's response to bickering is the only circumstance that sometimes fails to convey to me that he really really likes her.) It's just a personal preference. I did enjoy the car buying scene. Especially the end. I just want all the different types of good LL interaction. Quote:
