I would like to see the L/L townie wedding for several reasons.

1) It would be the first wedding for either of them that we get to see

2) It would be the first wedding for either of them that isn't an elopement (Personally, I think when it's right *and you can afford it*, you want to share that day with those you love. Elopements are like "I don't care what you think because it doesn't matter that much to me")

3) Rory AND April belong in the wedding, and so do Emily and Richard.

4) I want to see Rory as Lorelai's Maid of Honour, and April as Luke's Best Man *A la E/R wedding and Rory*. I just think it'd be cute, and really bring together that family.

Okay, I'm done now.

I agree with most of that, apart from April, please not as best "man" done that with Rory. Use Jackson or Kirk! April should be with Rory on Lorelai's side as a flower girl or something. Yes to Emily and Richard. NO to Anna or Chris!

April's too old to be a flower girl. Junior bridesmaid maybe, but I think it'd be sweet to see her stand up for her dad. She doesn't have to be 'best man' in a tux like Rory was for Richard, she could still wear a pretty dress. There'd be nothing sweeter, or sappier, than to see Rory and April standing either side of Luke and Lorelai to witness their vows.

Aw, I like April. She's weird, yes and a lot like Rory, but I still like the kid. If Luke loves her, so can I.

Admittedly I could have done without her as a poor plot device but I kinda like her now. Still just in small appearances though.
