It just that that show is a sure thing that would keep any actor busy all season. I wish the RM pilot a great full season, though, so that DS can have nice, steady work for the entire possible season 8.

Yup. Unfortunately it is going to take some good stuff for me to ever get past DS as anything but Chris. Not his fault but the show just made me dislike him so much.

Plus I don't want him anywhere near the Hollow for the last of GG's run. Rory can meet up with him on her travels off screen. That'll work for me.

I still see a kiss in the rain in the final, in front of everyone or something like that. I mean he throws that whole party and we have that pic of Lorelai staring at something/someone, I can bet it's Luke, then she just jump him at some point. I can see them talking/fighting in 7.21 but being interrupted by somehow just before either has a change to make a move and then in 7.22 with all the emotions and after saying all those things to each other it just erupts

Either way it's gotta be better than 6 months with Chris, maybe they don't need to have sex this season for Lorelai to be BACK with Luke

I'm thinking the finale too. Everything points to ONE kiss. I hope that's not the case, but if there really is just one kiss, it would have to be in the finale.

As many of us have said, if in the finale, LL are talking and planning this party and Lorelai's still in the diner, etc, then LL will would have had to work some things out in ep. 21 about the song and their feelings. I just wonder what conclusion they come to then if they don't actually make up until ep. 22, which is what the spoilers seem to point to.
