Episode 7.18: Hay Bale Maze

The CW: LORELAI AND LUKE CLEAR THE AIR ?? As Stars Hollow prepares for its annual Spring Fling festival, Rory (Alexis Bledel) brings Logan (Matt Czuchry) home and shows him around town. Lorelai (Lauren Graham) sees how serious their relationship has become and worries that Logan is too irresponsible for Rory. Taylor (Michael Winters) angers the town by spending the entire Spring Fling budget on a huge hay bale maze. At an unexpected encounter in the maze, Lorelai and Luke (Scott Patterson) apologize to one another and admit they both made mistakes that lead to the end of their engagement. Meanwhile, Rory has a job interview with the Providence Journal-Bulletin and struggles with decisions about her future. Melissa McCarthy, Yanic Truesdale, Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. The CW: Lorelai stops into Luke's diner for breakfast for the first time since their break-up, but finds they are awkward and uncomfortable together. Later, Lorelai's Jeep breaks down and she asks Luke to help her shop for a new car. While they look at cars, Lorelai and Luke's irritation with one another finally explodes into a fight, which Lorelai secretly takes as a good sign. Meanwhile, Paris gets accepted to numerous law schools and medical schools, and decides she must break up with Doyle so their relationship won't influence her choice of a graduate school. Finally, Rory gets a surprising letter that will impact her future plans.

Am i the only oen having trouble picturing Lorelai singing IWALY to luke even if she is drunk? I mean is she and Luke gonna be the only 2 in the room or what!?

Well, if she realy is drunk, than I think that it won`t matter to her if shes alone with Luke or if shes in a room full with people.

And as the Kiks Town Tours little hidden spoiler affirmed that it is Karaoke in KCs Tavern on saturdays...I think it will be a kareoke song and so it isn`t embarrassing her..kareoke is fun and perhaps only her and Luke will understand the "double-meaning" of this song.

I still think that 7.20 will lead to a kiss or something. How about a rendition of BBAM? "Blame Booze and Karaoke"

I would love for a kiss to happen before, but I'm not expecting too much. They need to be more comfortable with each other and I don't think that will be the case until after 7.19. I certainly wouldn't mind something at the end of 7.19 though

I just wonder why Luke is at Kareoke? It doesn't seem like a place he would take April too...and He really doesn't get into that kind of townie stuff. Maybe a pre-graduation party?

I am going out on a limb here, but I am kinda disaapointed the the last two episodes are focusing on Rory's graduation. I always thought the end of the series was them sitting at Luke's after the graduation where it all began. Just two eipsodes seems to much to devote to it.
