Keeping my fingers crossed. I am thinking that Kirk's tour is a good thing since the prize is going to be given after Sept 3! I wanna win! Would they keep everything up til then if they were done?

I wonder if the original plan has been altered, like so much of this season? Like maybe he is at the party, and not the graduation itself? If they are getting back together before the last 2 seconds, this would be a good way for him to show his trust in Lorelai around Chris. Actually, even if there is a season 8, I wouldn't mind it being the last time we ever see Rory's "Dad" on screen, so maybe it will be his only opportunity. (That way babydaddy never has to appear on GG again!)

I so agree with you. BUT, I realy want Luke to be there, he was at her Chilton graduation, and it seems fitting he be there again. Just my opinion of course. As someone who has a child from a previous marriage and a DH who is emotionally not very different than Chris, I know who my kid would choose, and who I would want there.

Maybe he is there but not sitting with the family. If Sookie is there, he's probably sitting with her and their scenes were filmed separately from the family ones. After the graduation, they probably meet up

The spoiler did say that Rory invites him. From the comfortable way she and Logan looked in the diner in HBM, I believe she does invite him. I would hope he didn’t turn her down as he knows what an important day this is for her.

I really hope they get back together before the final episode.

I thought MA said, "Rory probably invites him." I didn't think it was confirmed who did the inviting.

Maybe the writers are putting out spoilers. When the response to the spoiler is favorable, they rewrite the script so we end up hating it! The Rosetta Stone on how to write GG episodes. LOL

I thought someone posted a spoiler here that said Luke is at the graduation (unless I am confusing myself). I checked the first post but there’s nothing there.

ETA

I just checked Craig's trusty site and he references Saranoh as saying that "Luke will be at Rory's graduation".
