| Lorelai could always be late to the town meeting. That wouldn't be a first. In fact, Taylor could even comment on it. How it's her first meeting all year and she's already late and disrupting everything. I can just see her, Rory, and Logan walking in late. This is what makes me think that Lorelai won't be at the Town Meeting. | Just a spec...maybe Rory does discuss taking Logan into Luke's, and Lorelai expresses her overwhelming desire for one of his burgers. Then, after they are finished eating, Rory orders another burger to go, saying she plans to eat it later since she misses them so much at Yale, while she is actually planning to meet her Mom in the maze with the yummies. But somehow (?) Luke figures out who/what the burger is really for, and decides to deliver it himself. So when Lorelai is looking around the corner in the maze, she is actually expecting to see Rory, but is happily surprised to find Luke instead. Leading to their discussion, and him inviting her to actually come in to the diner the next time she has a craving! I know this makes it seem like Luke is making the first move, which most seem to be against...but it seems possible to me. What do you think? | |||
